a/n: okay guys i'm gonna end this book at 50 chapters or something.

i'm going to make this a short chapter since this is my second update in one day.

i'm making a stokeley book and i'm taking my time on that because i don't want to mess it up like i did on this book.

i will post the first chapter for that tomorrow so can you guys please support that🥺

okay here we go

shakira's p.o.v

i looked into the water and saw a purple dreads and a familiar body in the water.

i looked into the surface and saw an empty life jacket.

i saw the person slowly sinking.

i took off all of my things and swam after them.

i grabbed jahseh and held him until we got to the surface of the water.

stokeley saw me and we both held up jahseh together.

why would he do this

i love him

why would such a beautiful person want to do this to themselves

i shook all of my thoughts away and we saw the rest of the squad swim towards us.

"say something, jahseh." we all said.

"i'm sorry." he whispered.

his eyes looked normal now.

i wonder what happened to him

i guess he'll tell me when the time is right

everyone else said 'it's okay' or 'it's alright'

i just stayed quiet.

i didn't know what to say.

what do you say when you just saw the person you love the most attempt to kill themselves, in front of your face.

i don't know.

that's why i said nothing at all.

we finished snorkeling and then we went back on the boat.

i saw jahseh glare at the worker guy who tried to hold MY hand.

i think that's why he's been acting this way, but i'm not sure.

i need him to tell me.

we were just blasting music for another 45 minutes on the boat until the worker announced that we will reach the island in another 10 minutes.

i dashed to the top of the boat and took some pictures of the water because it looked nice.

i went back down the stairs because i heard them announce that we just arrived at the island.

we all got off of the boat and this time that guy who forcefully held my hand was standing there, but with a swollen eye.

he didn't help any of us this time, thank god.

he's ugly and smells musty too.

i grabbed jahseh and we linked arms and walked on the warm, white, sand.

the ocean was a nice tealish/light blue mix.

everyone in the squad was doing there own thing but then we went to eat because there was a restaurant.

15 minutes later...

everyone basically inhaled all of their food and then we went to go play on the beach.

jahseh was playing a game with kentrell and michael.

i was all alone until someone touched my shoulder, which scared me...

there stood stokeley.

"i need to tell you something. promise me you won't tell diamond." he said.

"i promise." i said and then held out my pinky.

we interlocked fingers and then he told me what he was about to do...

"I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOUUUUU!" i yelled, but not too loud and then i bear hugged him.

we hugged like that for a minute and then he chuckled.

"thank you." he said.

stokeley walked up to diamond and i started cheesing at what he was about to do...
