"Uhum" Hinata whimpered as she fluttered her eyes opened, to see herself inside the hospital.
She looked to her side, to find sasuke, holding her hands and his head is lying by her waist. He was sleeping.
She moved her head to find Neji and Hanabi sitting waiting for her
"Ah. You finally woke up...big sister" Hanabi said as she approached hinata, stroking her face.
"How long have i been out.."
"Three days.., the doctor said the stab was not deep, and didn't tear any vital body parts, only muscles.. you lost blood, but we managed.." Neji said
Hinata's eyes then were directed towards sasuke's sleeping form, holding her hands. She stroked his hair.
"He didn't want to leave, nor slept until you woke.." Neji said
Hinata patted sasuke's back.
Sasuke whimpered, and opened his eyes.
"Hinata.." he said in a soft voice.
She smiled and nodded sincerely .
Sasuke took her hands and placed a gentle kiss inside the palm of her hands.
She then cupped his cheeks, stroking his face with her thumb.
"Ehm.." Neji and Hanabi said.
"We will leave you... lets go Neji" Hanabi retorted
Neji nodded and they took off.
Sasuke stroke Hinata's face.
"Wreck less fool" sasuke retorted.
Hinata giggled.
"Don't do that again.. Hina"
"Do what?"
"Worry me" he said while kissing her cheeks
"I am sorry.."
He nodded
"So where will you stay at, when you are discharged?"
"I guess at Kiba's, With hanabi and Neji"
"Why don't you stay with me?"
"I.."
"I want to court you, Hinata.. will you?"
"Sasuke..i.., " hinata said hesitant, Hinata only knew its sasuke, she got her memories of their childhood when he went back through her memories, but she doesn't know anything now about him, she only thought he was a customer that protected her, due to their childhood relationship, and no denial there was love between them.
"I am a general working with Naruto.." Sasuke said.
"Are you sure you want to court me.. i mean sasuke its a big step.."
"I am sure..."
"Okay.." she smiled
Hinata was discharged from the hospital, sasuke escorted her to Kiba's place.
They greeted Sasuke, and Hinata sat down with her sister, Gaara neji and kiba
"So, have you found Hiashi" Kiba asked
"I guess he managed to escape, my father is smart, he must have been planning to help, but maybe he was a little bit too late" Hanabi said
"It was more important to protect the rest of the family, and thats what Hiashi managed to do, he guided them to escape through our hidden doors" neji retorted.
"Hanabi, lets go prepare some tea" Hinata said
"Sis, you need to rest"
"No i am fine, let the generals discuss their missions" Hinata said
They took off.
"So, whats between you and Hanabi.." Kiba winked Gaara
"I could see you didn't get your eyes off her.." Kiba continued
"Nothing.. not yet, only maybe attraction, and maybe mutual" Gaara retorted
"I can say she likes you back" kiba winked
"Lets not get my hopes up.." Gaara sighed
While they were talking, Neji kept his gaze towards sasuke who remained silent.
"So whats the deal between you and Gaara" Hinata asked as she was preparing tea
"Well, i don't know, you know.. its when i get that feeling inside, like butterflies every time he is around" Hanabi tried to explain.
"Oh... must be love.." Hinata said
"Well, lets not get my hopes up.." Hanabi retorted
"I can see he is feeling the same hanabi" Hinata said
"Why?"
"Who wouldn't love you.. my dear sis" Hinata smiled genuine
"Then whats the deal between you and Sasuke"
Hinata kept silent then
"He asked to court me.."
"Reallyyyy...., thats... exquisite"
"Right.." hinata sighed unsure
"Why are you so unsure.."
"Hanabi i am scared..., it's overwhelming.. every girl dreams of being courted.. but... when it happens, you know, i am scared, excited.. happy.. " Hinata tried to explain, but hanabi wrapped her hands around her sister
"Everything is gonna be alright sis..." she smiled.
Hinata and hanabi joined the gathering, they served tea.
Kiba got up and helped hinata, he rested his hands around her waist, and started talking to her, sasuke glared as he saw such scene.
"Oh Hina, you still got it.." Kiba said
"Yeah, i am always the best cook.. its just a tea Kiba.." Hinata giggled
"But from you it's different..." Kiba retorted, in a flirty yet, joking tone.
Sasuke cringed, he stood up and pulled Hinata toward him.
"Hinata, rest.. you are still wounded.." he said sternly without moving his gaze from Kiba.
Kiba glared back, since childhood Kiba loved Hinata dearly.
He knew she didn't requited his love, yet he still hoped one day, she would have a change of heart.
"I have news.." Sasuke said, still looking at Kiba, he felt something odd from the brunette.
"And it is.." Gaara said
"I am courting Hinata."Sasuke said
Kiba gasped, he felt as his heart dropped to his knees.
Hinata blushed, they congratulated them.
Kiba went over to hug Hinata, congratulating her.. but sasuke pulled her away.
"Congrats hina.. you deserve the best" Kiba said
"Thanks kiba.." she smiled.
They chatted until it was too late, everyone excused. Sasuke told Hinata he'll come to meet her tomorrow.
He kissed her goodbye.
