Calypso

After a very, very, very long time Calypso experienced something called Freedom. It was wonderful to stand on the deck of Argo II, watching the sea glisten in the moonlight. Yet there was a part of her which was angry against a certain demigod on that ship. Percy Jackson. He had promised her that he would get her out of that island but he hasn't and for that she had cursed his girlfriend. 'It wasn't like Percy's girlfriend, Annabeth was going to get hurt because of the curse' Calypso thought. A warm hand rested on her shoulder and Calypso's momentary anger faded. She turned behind and saw Leo's mischievous face. He smiled at her and she smiled back hesitantly. Leo noticed this. "what's wrong?" he asked. "nothing. I was just thinking how you came so close to death while you were rescuing me. I mean, no one has done that for me. Ever." she told him. Leo sighed and wrapped his arms around her. "But it's over. I'm alive. And nothing's going to happen to you or me now." Leo said. Calypso smiled, a real smile and kissed Leo. His lips were warm. Someone cleared their throat behind them and Calypso and Leo sprang apart, blushing. Jason stood there, smirking. "Sorry to interrupt but it's dinner time." he said and stalked off. Together holding hands, they went to the mess hall. The rest of the seven were already there. They all turned quiet when Calypso and Leo entered the room. "So, The Chef Leo will cook up his famous Tacos" Leo said, grinning. "More like, Repair Boy." Piper said and the whole table burst out laughing. They all ate in silence. It was decided that Calypso and Piper were taking the night shift. Leo was going to be manning the ship. They had decided that Jason and Frank we're going to Crete the next day to seek out Achilles blade. So everyone said their goodnight and went to their cabins. Piper took the right side of the ship while Calypso took the left. Piper had lent one of her spare swords to Calypso. It was 2 foot bronze sword with a black hilt. Calypso was doing fine until she felt someone watching her. She swivelled around. Percy Jackson was leaning on the wall, staring at her. Calypso glared at him. She still hadn't forgiven the demigod. "I'm sorry I didn't keep the he promise, but You you didn't have to her" Percy said quietly. Calypso was confused but then she remembered. When Percy had failed to free her, in her bitterness she cursed Percy's girlfriend, Annabeth. Calypso's eyes widen. She didn't want to apologise,
"it's not like she's hurt or anything. How do you know about it?"

Percy's eyes blazed with fury but when he spoke he was surprisingly calm, "We fell into Tarturus. We were attacked by the arai. Annabeth went blind because of your curse. We almost died." Right then and there she forgave Percy Jackson. Leo had assured her that Percy had tried to get her out. He had tried. Besides, calypso had heard about the arai. "I'm sorry-" she started but Percy cut her off. " I want you to apologise to Annabeth. Not me." He said. With that he turned around to leave instead his way was blocked by some one. Leo stood there glaring at Percy. "You think you can talk to her like that and just leave?" He asked angrily. "I didn't do anything. I only told her to apologise to Annabeth. What's wrong in that?" Percy defended. Leo didn't say anything. What he did shocked Calypso. He punched Percy in the jaw and Percy stumbled back. "Leo! Don't!" Calypso yelled. But Leo was on a roll. He sent a flurry of punches to Percy's stomach face. His eyes are brown not green, calypso thought as she tried to pull Leo off of Percy. Leo stopped suddenly, his eyes back to normal. His eyes widened when he saw Percy. "I did that? Oh my Gods," he panicked. Percy's eyes rolled back into his head but just before that happened, calypso saw something that stopped her heart. Percy's eyes were black. She only caught a glimpse of it. "Leo, carry let's take him to the infirmary," calypso said, "and wake up everyone. We need a certain Sun God."
