Jimin seemed to snap out of a daze, and if Yoongi wasn't so oblivious, he would've realized the younger staring at him like a child seeing a massive lollipop. Jimin then dragged over a nearby chair over to Yoongi and plopped down next to him.
Suddenly gaining his confidence back, Jimin smiled at the older, "What are you doing out here?" Yoongi's brain nearly short-circuited, because man, he really likes this confident Jimin. Even though he would obviously never admit it. Yoongi then realized he should probably reply, so he sheepishly said,
"Just getting away from the crowd.." Jimin smiled at the older, nodding his head in understanding.
"I know what you mean. It can be a bit much to handle at times." Jimin looked up at the now twinkling stars above. The crescent moon looking eerily beautiful, helping to illuminate them both. Jimin then looked back towards Yoongi, and he realized that the other had already been looking at him. They held contact for a few seconds, but at that moment, it felt like forever. A good forever, a promising one of comfort and warmth. Not one of shadows and darkness. Yoongi was shy to admit to himself that he would like to stay in that moment forever, but he knew, oh he knew, that he had fallen for Jimin already. Fast and hard... No turning back now, he knew that. But he didn't care. He only hoped that Jimin would someday become his friend. And somehow, he knew that to be truthful.

~present day~ (a.k.a two years later)

Jimin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Namjoon, Jin, Tae, and Jungkook all became close friends after that party. Jimin had introduced a shy Yoongi to the others, and they just all seemed to click. They now are all in the same college, all planned out senior year, and with a little shuffling around and talking to staff or whatever it was at the college they, (somehow) ended up with their dorms being relatively close to one another. Tae and Jin shared one room, while Hoseok and Namjoon, as well as Jimin, shared another, and then Yoongi and Jungkook shared another. Just as Yoongi had predicted, he and Jimin became really close. The best of friends as Jimin liked to joke about,  which was a lot since they saw each other every day. And again, just as Yoongi predicted, he had fallen in love with the younger boy. His adorable eye smile he did subconsciously, the small dust of pink that crossed his face whenever anything inappropriate popped up, the adorable banking and hiccuping mess he'd become when he had one too many wine glasses. He loved how the younger became clingy around him and only him, and only allowed the older to touch his hair. The adorable pouty yet sassy attitude he took on when he didn't get his way, and how adorable he looked when he was angry, even though Yoongi would never say that to his face because he younger boy was strong. Jimin was studying dance and was damn muscular too. Yoongi was studying music and did Ty Kwon Do, but Jimin could seriously punch him, which he had done before. And it hurt. Badly.

It was there the first day of college, and Yoongi was unpacking his belongings on his side of the room. Jungkook had already unpacked his things a while ago and had since headed out to play video games with Hoseok and Jin. So Yoongi was left to himself thankfully, so obviously he began to some music on his speaker he had unpacked. He then pulled out the box labeled 'bedroom' and pulled out the comforter and sheets and pillowcases and such. He then mindlessly began to fix them onto his bed to his liking and continued onto the next book. As he unpacked, a certain cute boy seeped into his thoughts. He then began to randomly think about how it would feel to hold the other's hand, but have it mean a romantic way, not some 'bromance' thing or whatever. As he thought about it, he didn't even realize somebody opens his dorm door.
"Yoongs!" Jimin shouted. It technically wasn't a shout, but to Yoongi it was because it nearly gave him a heart attack. Yoongi shrieked unmanly-like, causing Jimin to burst into a fit of laughter and giggles. As Yoongi regained his composure, he began to glare at the sight of the boy doubled over in laughter, wheezing at him. Even though Yoongi looked upset, his heart meant different, a warmth in his chest erupted, causing butterflies to storm around his insides.

Oh, how he 'hated' this.
