"Tae, forget about her. You have me~" Her hand trailed down my chest until it reached above my crotch.
I quickly pushed it away and stood up towards the kitchen counter, not looking back at her.
"Leave."
"What? But, Taehyung-"
"Shut up and just leave." I growled. I could feel her hesitate before she finally gathered her things and left.
I sighed once I was alone again. I gripped my hair tightly in anger.
She was just supposed to be someone I'm only toying with. But how come I can't seem to forget her?
I couldn't shake off the look on her face that day as tears fell down her cheeks. She looked so helpless.
I grabbed my phone and tried to call her again. But she still didn't answer. I threw my phone in anger.
"(Y/n)! Pick up!" I kicked the coffee table angrily, cursing.
-
My head turned towards my nightsand, where my phone kept on vibrating.
I knew it was Taehyung, but I didn't answer.
I trusted you, but you took that trust away.
-
Years passed, and now I successfully worked as the manager of a well-known clothing store, Gucci.
"(Y/n)! Come have lunch with us!" Hyerin pulled on my uniform's sleeve excitedly. I smiled and waved my hand.
"I'll be fine. Just take out some food for me, okay?"
She slightly pouted but nodded anyways, "Okay."
After they left, I was the only one left in the store. Since it was lunch time, no one wasn't really around yet.
I grabbed a pen and started scribbling on a sheet of paper the prices for the new arrivals. Just as I finished, the sound of the door opening rang through my ears.
My head perked up and saw four men walking in. Wait, no, FIVE men. It seemed like the four men were guarding the one in the middle.
I didn't recognize the man in a pleated coat, since he wore a mask. I stood up and bowed, "Welcome. What can I do for you?"
One of them slid a black card. My eyes widened. The owner is here?!
I started to sweat slightly as I bowed down in respect.
"The VIP section is over there." My hand gestured to the right where a door with a sign said 'VIP'.
The man in black nodded and they led the owner to the room. They stayed outside as they guarded the door.
I sighed in relief when they were now out of sight. I sat back down and waited for my workmates to arrive.
-
"Unnie, I'll be going ahead, okay? Take care!" Hyerin waved at me by the entrance as she tied the belt of her coat.
I smiled and waved back, "Stay safe."
I started to turn off the lights around the store, then I rememberd the VIP room. I slowly walked to the door and placed the side of my head on the door.
I didn't hear anything, so maybe he already left. But how come I didn't notice him with the four men earlier when they left the store already?
Suddenly, the door opened and I fell back. He looked at me with his brows raised. I furrowed my eyebrows.
