I hope it's not too early, I just couldn't wait to ask you? What about your friends, now you know all about me, I want to know some more about you, I don't want to seem creepy but I want to keep in touch, I like you ;)

Barny finished up his e-mail and closed his laptop, he was back home from his Granny's now and didn't like being back in his own bed. He lay on his covers waiting for an e-mail to come through. It was dark outside and windy. He stared at the key to the gate of the Willow Garden, thinking about what he could do with that, if it had any special powers, he leaned over and grabbed it, it was all rusty and the dirt came off on his fingers. He twizzled it round and round and inspected the intricate patterns on one side, on the other side there was a picture of some kind of monster, not friendly looking like the ones you see in The Willow Garden, it was awful, head of a bull and body of a snake. It sent shivers down Barny's spine. Suddenly there was a noise, the e-mail, Maisy had replied. She jumped out of bed and opened his laptop, it had jammed on the e-mail response and the screen was flickering. He clutched the key, grabbed a hoodie and held a hunch in his head. He was home alone, so nobody knew thate was leaving the house without permission, it didn't matter if they did, this mattered.

 He rushed out the door, putting on his hoodie whilst he ran, he went up to the gate of The Willow Garden, slowly he slipped the key in the lock, he couldn't watch, the key was one quarter round, halfway, three quarters, when he felt something land on his hand, he turned round to look, it was Eppy. "Eppy, I'm locking this and you can't stop me." Eppy wiped a wing across her eye as if she were about to cry "no, you can't Barny, they're coming." Usually Eppy looked strong, tough as nails, as if nothing could break her. But now, she looked distraught, "w-what d'you mean? Who are coming?" Barny pulled the key out of the lock and looked at Eppy. "Who?" Eppy looked down and put her head in her wings "the Warmen."

"Warmen? Where do I know that- Maisy!" Barny nodded "Maisy, the girl I met at the pool, that was her e-mail, what is it then? An illegal e-mail company?" Barny laughed. 

"Barny this is serious! It's a parallel of The Willow Garden, everyone in the Willow Garden has a parallel, my parallel, he's terrible, see the problem is that the parallel is the opposite of what you are, and the trouble is... we're all so nice!" Eppy said with a wink. Barny laughed "on a serious note though, they must be stopped, and once you lock the Willow Garden, that's it, you can only lock it and unlock it once, we need to use it wisely." Barny looked confused

"You mean that the girl 'Maisy' I met at the pool was a parallel of Daisy?" Eppy nodded and clasped her wings together "you got it kid, now, I want you to find that girl and keep her out of the Daisy Garden." Barny thought for a moment

"Okay, get under my hoodie."
