Chapter 24

3rd Person PØV~

Some of the paladins went out on a mission. A weird message was sent from a Galra prison. Shiro, Lance, Pidge and Hunk all went our as the prison was kinda massive.

Coran and Slav was arguing with each other like normal while Allura and Keith were mostly trying to ignore them. (It was not working).

"I'm going to take a nap. Y'all yelling is giving me a bad headache. Kinda like when Lance and Hunk go crazy in the middle of the night!" Keith exclaimed loudly making Slav and Coran both quiet down a bit.

"Have a good nap Keith! I might take one as well to quit listening to this two yelling like babies," Allura mumbled.

Keith walked off to his room. Snuggling into Lance's slide of the bed. As Keith drifted off he thought he heard a baby's whine.

Lance's PØV~

"Lance, Pidge go to the right! Me and Hunk will go left," Shiro explained. "If you have to slip ways keep your sensors on."

As Pidge and I continued on our way they found something.

"Lance! Come look at this!" Pidge whispered/yelled.

When I found them I was disturbed. There was a blue alien woman laying on the ground bleeding from her head and stomach. Next to her a small baby continued to whine and cry from her. He continued to cry as we got closer.

"Shhh it's okay I got you," I mumbled as I picked up the crying child. I wasn't paying attention to what Pidge was saying over the cons.

We continued on until we reached the main deck. "Stay with the boy. I'll get the data," Pidge mumbled before walking into the deck.

I waited until she came out before we left I managed to get the child to sleep. When we finally met back up with Hunk and Shiro. Hunk was excited about a baby, Shiro? He couldn't believe some Galras were this terrible to leave an infant by itself.

"Awww he's so cute," Hunk cooed at the quiet baby. When we got back to them.

"Let's get back. You got what we came for correct?" Shiro asked walking back to the lions.

Pidge nodded. "Yep!"

When we got back to the ship Allura looked as if she wanted to punch something, Slav and Coran were arguing and Keith was no one to be see.

"Before anyone says anything Keith is napping. Now I'm going to do the same. You four can try to stop these idiots fr- IS THAT A BABY!" Allura asked quickly.

"Yeah. We found him in the prison. His mother was basically left for dead," Pidge explained.

"Well who's going to care for it? A child of that race quickly attaches itself to the so said mother and father. So who going to be who?" Slav added.

"Lance and Keith I guess as he likes Lance. Plus Lance and Keith both have some baby experience so they would be the best bet huh?" Hunk asked counting off his fingers.

Everyone agreed before parting away.

'Keith we're starting a family!' I thought walking off to our shared room.
