(Ok so I know this isn't related to sonic in any way but I just found this video after looking for years. My grandpa downloaded it onto his computer when I was about 5 and showed it to my siblings and I. We absolutely LOVED it. When ever he would come over, we would make him let us watch it for HOURS. So about every minute, you would here 4 stupid children laughing at this, and this went on for so long. We laughed so loud and hard my grandparents and parents couldn't visit, so they sent us to watch it in my dad's office on his computer. My siblings and I were like, hypnotized to this video. Can someone please explain why a 6, 5, 3, and 2 year old would watch this for hours a day?)

(Okay, now to the story!)

"No! Ailaena!" I yelled as tears threatened to spill. As they got further, her eyes stopped flickering and stayed red. I yelled in sorrow, not being able to help her. I wanted to chase them, to get Aileana back. But I knew that I needed help first, so I ran back to headquarters as fast as I could.

(Sonic POV)

I got to headquarters in a very short amount of time, but I wasn't calmed yet. What if she had hurt someone? Somehow she was able to escape Shadow, so anything could've happened. When I got to Knothole, I felt my gut sink. The wall to Tails's lab was destroyed. "Tails!?" I yelled as I ran into the ruble. I frantically searched for him, but he wasn't in here. He must've gotten out. I thought as I ran to the lounge.

Cream and Charmy were crying, and Silver was trying to calm them down. As they were the only ones in the lounge, I walked up to Silver. "Where is everyone? What happened?" Silver turned to me, his eyes full of pain, sorrow, and a little fear. "A-Aileana went into another one of those... things, and she got Tails pretty bad. Sally and the others are trying to get him to wake up, but I haven't seen them since."

My heart sank as low as my gut did. ".....H-how bad..." Silver looked away. "I-I think you should just go look for yourself... He's in his room.." I took no time as I ran towards Tails's room. I felt tears in my eyes as I pictured what his condition was. I wasn't here to protect him. My one job, and I failed it. I burst through the door and saw the most blood-chilling thing I would ever see.

On his bed, Tails lay completely still. He had bandages all over him, his eye black, both of them closed. Knuckles was standing by his side, as Amy sat in a chair on the other side of the bed, holding his head and sobbing. Shadow stood in the corner, not looking at anyone. Antoine, Bunnie, Rotor and Sally were talking at the edge of Tails's bed. When the door slammed open, they all turned their heads to me.

Amy quickly got up and hugged me tightly. Her sobs became louder. "Oh Sonic!" I held her close. Knuckles quickly came up to me and pointed angrily. "Look at what happened! You let her stay after the first breakdown! And now she might've KILLED Tails!" I gritted my teeth and poked his teeth. "She didn't mean to do this! She isn't in control of herself! She wouldn't hurt Tails, let alone kill him!" Knuckles pushed me back. "Think again, asshog! Tails is in a coma because of that robot!"

I shoved Knuckles away from me. "She is being controlled by Robotnik!" Knuckles and I both raised our fists, but we were both held back by Antoine, Shadow, and Rotor. Tears were falling down my face now. "It isn't her fault! It's not!" "Sonic, calm down! You're being hysterical!" Rotor kept ahold of me as I rambled on. I know she didn't want this to happen. She wouldn't do this willingly.

"Enough!" Sally yelled, and everyone went dead quiet. She looked at Knuckles. "We are not in a situation to put the blame on anyone. We have other matters to attend to, and playing the blame game isn't going to help." He looked away, folding his arms. "As for you," she turned to me. "Knuckles is right; she was close to killing Tails. We can't keep her here any longer." I walked up to her. "I thought we are heroes, and heroes help those who need it. Aileana needs our help. If you won't let us help her, then we aren't freedom fighter."

She put her head up higher, looking at me with disapproval. Then she sighed, shaking her head and pinching the bridge of her nose. I wasn't giving up on Aileana, not now, not ever. "........so........son......c......" We all turned to see Tails having his eyes open a little, his arm reaching out to me. I quickly hurried to him, kneeling by his bedside and holding his hand. "It's okay lil' bro. I'm here, it's okay." He started to cry. "Tails?"

"It.... it hurts......... Sonic...make....it stop......please...." He kept crying, and for the first time in a long time, I felt helpless. The tears didn't stop flowing from either of our eyes as Rotor came over to Tails and injected him with something. I tilted my head in confusion at him. "Liquid pain killers." I made an 'o' shape and turned my attention back to Tails. His eyes were open more now, and he seemed more into reality.

"Where's... Aileana..?" He sounded worried. I sighed. "Robuttnik's got her..." I looked away from him. I couldn't look him in the eye, after what I let happen. He gently shook my hand. "Sonic.." I looked back at him. He was smiling a little, his eyes staring into mine. "Get her back... She needs us..." Then, he slowly closed his eyes. I started to freak out, but Rotor spoke up. "The pain killers make him drowsy, he's just sleeping." I sighed and stood up.

"You heard the kid." I looked Sally dead in the eye. "She needs our help."
