Jayfeather felt paws nudging him. "Jay's Wing. Wake up." Jayfeather opened his eyes. "One moment, Squirrelflight. I'm not ready to be an apprentice." Half Moon raised her eyebrows. "Who's Squirellflight?" Jayfeather froze. "Um.. she's.. someone I met in the tunnels."
"She?" Stoneteller hissed.
"Um... it's not what you think!" Jayfeather babbled. "She only treated one of my wounds, that's it!"
Stoneteller turned around and lashed her tail before padding out of the cave. Jayfeather moaned. Stoneteller, that's wrong. She's my aunt, for StarClan's sake. Jayfeather stood up and stretched his legs out. He followed Stoneteller out of the cave.

"Fire Star! Holly Leaf! Get off of Jay's Flight now!" Fire Star whimpered as he leaped off of Jay's Flight. Jay's Flight fell onto the snow. "Jay's Flight?" Jayfeather gasped. Jay's Flight looked at Jayfeather. "The dying thunder will cease to exist." He whispered. Jayfeather froze. Another prophecy about the Clans ceasing to exist. Jayfeather sighed. Leave me alone, StarClan. I won't go back. I have a family to care for now, you care for yours.

"Dovewing! No!" Ivypool wailed. Tigerheart buried his head in Dovewing's fur as Lionblaze and another unfamiliar brown furred tom dropped her body into a clearing. Leafpool looked down at her paws. The brown tom looked behind him. "Tigerstar and Mapleshade attacked us while we were out hunting." Mistystar dipped her head. "Another prophecy cat is dead." She mewed. She leaped onto a small rock. "Cats of all Clans," She mewed. "I know to most of you, you see me as the leader of RiverClan. But RiverClan is gone. We need to restart. I ask for your approval in my choice to unite into a new Clan. In memory of the fallen warriors, we will now be FallenClan." Yowls of approval sounded as Mistystar made her choice. "I say these words before StarClan, so that they may hear and approve my choice, Lionblaze will be the deputy of FallenClan." Jayfeather shook his head. "No." He whispered. "There have to be 4 Clans around the lake. Not one." Jayfeather gasped as cruel claws gripped his neck. "Oh, if only StarClan helped you." Tigerstar laughed. "They're dead. Every single one of them." "No!" Jayfeather struggled to escape Tigerstar grip.
Jayfeather woke up with a start. "We're here." Stoneteller smiled. Jayfeather looked around. "We need to organize ourselves. Stoneteller, we have to establish a territory with boundaries nobody but the Tribe can cross." "Why?" Clear Sky asked. "We need to recover from the deaths of Lion's Roar and Quiet Rain. Jayfeather explained. "No rogues can cross our territory while we hunt, otherwise we'll have no prey. Challenge all trespassing cats." "Jay's Wing, I'm the leader here. Not you." Stoneteller stood up. "We will take enough to survive. Not everything. Things here aren't ours to take."
They would have been yours to take. An older version of Clear Sky stood before Jayfeather. "Clear Sky?" Jayfeather asked. Clear Sky disappeared as Jayfeather's vision ended. "JAY'S WING!" Stoneteller screeched. Jayfeather stumbled. "What were you doing?" Stoneteller hissed. "I thought something happened! You were just staring off into space, and when I called to you, you never answered!" Jayfeather gulped. What was he supposed to tell her. Oh, I'm actually Jayfeather and I receive visions from a Clan that doesn't exist yet. "I... I received a vision. A spirit told me..." Jayfeather hesitated."He told me that we should follow the moon. I think he meant you." Stoneteller raised an eyebrow. She doesn't believe me. "Then I say we find a place to hunt-" Stoneteller screeched as  a brown she-cat tackled her. "Give us your prey!" She screeched. "Wind!" A brown Tom shouted. "What, Gorse?" Wind asked. "We're pretty much desperate." Jayfeather squinted. The Ancients once told me a story. Wind and Gorse.. Wind Runner and Gorse Fur.... the first two leaders of WindClan.... "Windstar! I'm meeting Windstar!" Jayfeather whispered. He suddenly realized that Half Moon was in danger. "Half Moon!" Jayfeather screeched. Suddenly, he fell to the ground- and his vision faded away. "No! Don't do this- please!" Rock hissed. "I've given you too many warnings- if the Stoneteller arrived at the forest, your Clans will die!" "You don't tell me what to do!" Jayfeather growled back. "Don't say I didn't warn you!" Rock warned as Jayfeather slipped back into reality. He crashed into Wind and extended his claws. "Leave her alone!" Jayfeather screeched. Wind tackled Jayfeather, baring her teeth as she clawed at his stomach. Jayfeather struck Wind in the middle of her eyes, and kicked her in the stomach. Wind gasped as blood poured out of a wound in her stomach. Anger flared in her eyes as she leaped at Jayfeather again. "No!" Clear Sky shrieked as he leaped at Wind. Wind grunted as Clear Sky tackled her to the ground. "Leave us alone- if you threaten us again we'll kill you."  Wind answered by striking Clear Sky in the chest. Clear Sky gasped as he stared at the wound in his chest. "Clear Sky!" Gray Wing shrieked. Clear Sky fell to the ground, his eyes wide with pain and shock. "Wind- let's leave." Gorse mewed hurriedly. Jayfeather stared at Wind in shock. Windstar couldn't have been like this. She's a Clan cat, but has the heart of a rogue!
