Twenty Nine

“Wake up, baby boy.” V groaned and squeezed his eyes shut, waving off the hand gently shaking his shoulder.

“Five more minutes.” He whined. He heard a chuckle and sighed, cracking an eye open.

“Same as ever, baby boy. But you have to get up now, take a shower, and then we should have a talk.”

V groaned, but got up and off the bed, trudging to the bathroom as Hoseok guided him there in his half awake state.

The man helped him to get undressed, and then undressed himself, getting into the shower with V. He picked up some shampoo and began to massage it into V’s hair, causing the other to groan lowly at the relaxing feeling.

“You’re such a baby.” Hoseok cooed.

“Only yours.” V responded, leaning back into Hoseok’s chest.

“Yes, only mine. I love you, baby boy.”

“Mmm…” V hummed as Hoseok attached his lips to his shoulder, kissing softly. “I love you too, Hyung.”

They finished showering together, and Hoseok helped V out of the shower, drying him off and wrapping a towel around him, before doing the same for himself.

They walked to their room and both sat on the bed, facing each other. “It’s been too long, baby boy. You have no idea how many times I wanted to just abandon my mission and come and get you.”

“I’ve missed you, Hobi.” V pouted. “Jiminie kept me weak.”

“Don’t blame him.” Hoseok sighed. “I understand why. He wanted to keep you safe, baby. He was just...misguided on how to do it.” V nodded and leaned into Hoseok, sighing and relaxing when he felt the man’s arms wrap around his body.

“I waited for you, for a long time, Hobi. I killed Taemin, did you know that?”

“I found out a few weeks ago. I’m so proud of you, baby.” V giggled and nodded.

“And you? How was Germany?”

“Boring. They’re all stuck up and proud. But it made it easier to infiltrate. I had the whole syndicate destroyed by the time I was done.” V nodded and they both fell into silence.

“V, baby.” Hoseok finally whispered. The male looked up at his lover, giving a small smile. “You were given a file about your target, no? Jeon Jungkook.” V nodded.

“They have it right now.”

“That’s fine, I’m sure you’ve memorized everything on it by now. Baby...I think you should do it. Hand Jeon over to the Russian mafia.”

“Pops even said he didn’t want it, though. I don’t think it’s such a good idea. We can just stay away from them—“

“He wants you, baby. He’ll take you from me, and keep us apart. He’ll force you to be with him, he’ll force you to be weak again, just like Jimin did. I’m sorry, baby, I can’t allow that, and the only way is to complete the job. It’s the only way we can stay together. You want to be with me, don’t you?”

“Of course, you’re the only one I want to be with Hobi.” V cupped the male’s cheek, twisting his body to straddle his lap. “I love you.”

“I love you, too.”

“I won’t leave you, Hobi, not if I can help it. What do you want me to do?”

“I want you to lay low for awhile, take some other jobs and completely ignore Jeon and Kim. I want you to let them sit and brew for awhile, maybe let them meet you a few times and see how they’re doing, but never let them get you. They’ll take that chance to rip us apart if they get it. In a few months we’ll strike and hand over Jeon to the Russians.”

V nodded. Hoseok smiled and leaned down, attaching their lips once more into a sweet kiss. “That’s my good, boy. Now, I have a new job already lined up for you, it’s in Japan though, but shouldn’t take more than two or three weeks.”

“Will you go with me, Hobi? It’s been so long and I don’t want to be away from you more than I have to.”

“Of course, baby. I won’t leave you. Ever again. We’re partners after all.”

V smiled and stood, biting his bottom lip as his hands playfully tugged at the towel still wrapped around his waist. Hoseok sat back, his eyebrows raised.

“I need you, Hobi~” he suddenly whined, letting the towel fall to the ground as he stood in front of the man, bare. “We’ve gotten back together after so many years and I need you...so much.”

“Come here, baby boy.”
