He roamed the street of New York searches his memory desperately for the way he was trying so hard to remember until he noticed a far to familiar thrift shop and turned to see a huge tower block.
It was even bigger and grander then he had remembered and he hurriedly typed the code into the heavy door as it flung open he ran inside. The elevator was broken, as usual which made him smile to see so little had changed, he ran through a wooden door marked stairs and practically sprinted up to the 19th floor when he opened the door to the 19th floor he inhaled all the air he could manage and stepped out into the long corridor.
He looked left and right then headed straight to the door marked 11
Two knocks
There was about a 10 second pause when someone inside yelled "coming"
They flung the door open with a smile which soon disappeared as she looked up at her older brother "Elliot" she whispered and broke down in tears and fell to the floor. He ran up to her and hugged her tightly " it's me it's really me, lily" he gasped whilst still tightly hugging her
" I thought you were dead" lily broke out whilst hugging her long lost older brother
"Lily what on earth are you doing" said a stern voice from inside the apartment as they walked towards the door and looked down at there daughter who was hugging-
"My son" she said croakily as Elliot stood up and hugged her tightly and she hugged back then lily joined in and it was just them in that moment, all his memories of the past years escaped from his head in that brief moment time paused

Back in beacon hills
The next 2 days went in a blur, stiles had been moved to the drug unit in eichen house, he was still screaming about it really all happening which made the doctors convinced he needed serious help. The police were desperately searching through records to try and find out how such a stupid mistake involving the body of a young boy being wrongly identified as stiles. The news about stiles returning had spread all over the county, whispers rumours were spiralling about what had happened to him, but they were mostly all shut down when the news about the drugs had spread. Like a drug.

Scott was looking for his bag, the doctors had said that stiles needed his friends and family a lot during his recovery period so Scott was determined to help his best friend. The last night he had made a bag filled to the brim of memories to bring to stiles, his bat was hanging out the top which Scott forcefully pushed in and zipped the bag closed. This was the first time he would of seen stiles since the outbreak at the hospital and he wanted everything to be perfect.
There was a knock at the door and Scott followed the strawberry blonde girl out to the jeep parked in front of his house.
"Don't worry" she said with a perfect smile and place her small hand on his shoulder and started up the jeep.
The journey was far shorter then Scott would of liked, he needed time to brace himself, he wasn't sure if he was ready to see his best friend in such a bad condition especially after what he had seen when he went into his head, it was horrible, he even struggled telling the story to others. They were all convinced that the story was just a story made realistic by the hallucinogenic drugs that were found in stiles, but Scott wasn't to sure, it felt so real too real to be made up by drugs he even felt stiles emotions when he was in his head, they were stronger then anything he had ever felt. But then again isn't that what drugs do.

The two of them stepped out of the car and soon they were in the reveption talking to the man behind the desk.
"You will need to leave that bag behind reception" he said to Scott gesturing towards the bag of stiles memories
"But, I can't I need it to help him" Scott angrued hopelessly knowing that the man wouldn't budge. Lydia grasped Scott's hand tightly as Scott unwillingly handed the bag to the man and they followed a tall skinny women who looked like she hadn't sleep in days towards a large and strangely empty room, the walls were covered in posters about mental health and what to do when... there was a large table in the far right of the room where there was just one person sat looking directly out of the window to his left. As Scott Lydia and the women walked over to him, he turned to them giving them a huge smile
" how do you feel today stiles" asked the women leaning over him a pen lent onto her click board
" much better now, I'm beginning to realise that the hallucinations were just that and nothing really happened to me" stiles beamed creepily causing Scott to feel weary of him
"That's great keep up the good work. Your friends are here to see you so I will just wait over there to let you have a proper conversation" she smiled possibly bigger than stiles smile as if they were in a competition to see who could produce the biggest fake smile. Then she quickly exited the room. As soon as she made it out of ear  shot stiles grabbed Scott's hand tightly
"You have to get me out of here, I need to find my friends I need to know if there okay"
"What do you mean, I thought you were getting better" Scott stared down on him as stiles quickly let go of his hand a look of anger and shock wedged onto his face
"You don't believe me, you think I'm crazy"
