For the sun

Short are days
Of the rays,
Of your gaze.

Gone are they
The word play,
The squalls say.

Come what may
To keep bay,
To go pray.

Set what must
Dust to dust,
A final gust.

May it rest
No more test,
No more zest.

I did fear
The end near,
Told by the seer.
Screamed in my ear.

And now at end
I see around the bend,
Light couldn't tend.

For it is darkness,
My dear friend.

I honestly feel kinda shit. I mean I'm grateful for the times shared but at the end of the day, knowing full well that it has and will end makes it just... hurt.

And I believed the delusion it wouldn't; of the un-end. But that's just not how life works.

To all you people suffering heart break. Hope there is light around your bend.
