"I hope he falls." The avengers watch as the woman lifts her hand up and flips off Clint, which only made Clint smile more from his place on the clock tower.
"Hey tony could you send that kid back to their mother please." Clint said through the ear price knowing she and all the other avengers would hear. They all chuckled at their relationship, Clint would always make fun of her height, but knew if anyone else did Clint would kick their ass.
"Hey tony can you shoot that asshole up in the clock tower?" The girl replies into the earpiece, only making Clint chuckle in response.
"Only teasing, y/n." Clint replied. The woman let out a chuckle and grabbed her weapons, deciding to join Clint.
she climbed up the clock tower wall and when I finally reached the top saw Clint watching me with an amused Clint in his eyes. "Howdy, need help?" The woman huffed at him, she hated to admit it but 78% of the time she did require Clint's assistance.
"I can climb just fine thank you." Clint nodded and watched as she struggled to grab on to the other side of the ledge.
"Ooh almost got it then." Clint started commenting making the girl frown.
"Fine! Help me." Clint smiles and stands from his spot, placing his bow down he walks over to me and grabs my hand helping to pull me up.
"There you go kiddo." Clint said as he ruffled her hair, making her groan slightly as she began fixing her hair.
"How long until you think they'll find out?" Clint asked as he stares down at the avengers making the woman smile. For you see these two had been dating for about a year, and both Clint and Y/N had bets as to when they would figure it out.
The woman turned to Clint and leaned her face up near his, teasing him to kiss her, it was right about the time she had placed her bet to when the avengers would find out, and she made it her mission for them to find out. "I don't know.. but I sure hope they don't see us now." She mumbled sarcastically right in front of his lips, Clint however knew her game and gently nudged the back of her leg with his bow making her stumble slightly.
"How badly do you want that 15 bucks, kiddo?" Clint asked as he circled around her.
"Really badly, and besides it wouldn't change anything if they found out." The woman said as she took a step closer to him.
"I know, but if they found out now.." Clint said leaning in teasingly. "You'd win." He said as he backed away suddenly making the woman pout.
Competitive ass.
Then the idea struck the woman, she turned away to hide her smirk. "Shame, if they knew I could of turned down dinner with Steve." That made Clint suddenly turn to face the woman, a small part of him knowing it was a trap but that other 99% of his brain screamed at him to fight for his woman.
"You're kidding right?" Clint asked trying to see your face clearly, she however turned her head to block his sight from her face.
"No, he asked me last week if I would like to go to dinner and then attend Tony's gala with him." She spoke with a monotone voice, hiding her amusement.
"Tell me your kidding." Clint said sounding much more desperate, the woman turned to finally face him but made sure her face didn't give away anything.
"I'm not." The woman said as he begun walking away, Clint however quickly grabbed her write and pull her up to his chest, their faces centimetres away.
"Y/N." He said gently as he stroked the side of your face, Clint would never usually let you guys so close to each other when the avengers were so close but now.. Clint was jealous, he HAD to make sure everyone knew about your relationship, he didn't care if he'd lose the 15 bucks.
It never occurred to him before that the other avengers may take an interest in you but now that he has that realisation he knew he'd have to do something about it.
"You're a cheeky little minx aren't ya?" Clint said as he kept his eyes locked with hers, the woman smiled back. Then Clint looked down to the avengers and pursed his lips together and let out a high pitch whistle. This caught the avengers attention, making them all look up with slightly confused expressions.
Then Clint smashed his lips to the woman making the avengers raise their eyebrows in shock. They broke apart and the woman smiled at Clint.
"You owe me 15 bucks." She said as he tapped his nose with a sweets smile, Clint smiled back not caring about the money, everyone now knew that your were his.
