Requested
Being woken up by the sound of a baby's cry wasn't normal in the tower but hey anything can happen, especially with the avengers. Sighing, the woman rolled over and lifted her head up to see Tony standing at the end of her bed holding a crying baby.
"Can I wake up before you spring whatever this shit is on me?" The woman said, her voice groggy from sleep, Tony nodded his head as the baby began to cry louder. "Please tell me you didn't kidnap him."
"God no, why would I want to kidnap him." Tony said as he placed the baby on the bed as if he couldn't wait for it to get out of his arms.
"I honestly don't know Tony but it wouldn't surprise me." Tony rolled his eyes as Y/N sat up with a yawn and looked at the baby. "What happened."
"Barnes happened." the woman tilted her head then woman reached over and picked up the baby starting to rock it gently in her arms. She had a lot of practise from her niece so she understood why Tony came to her.
"Well then where's Barnes?" Tony's eyes nervously shifted to the baby, Y/N eyes widened.
Oh my god what has he done.
"Tony. Where's. Barnes." The woman glared at Tony as the baby finally started to settle down.
"You see that baby?" Tony pointed to the baby. Y/N's mouth fell open in shock. Tony does a lot of stupid experiments but age reversal? The woman looked down to the baby in her arms and took in the features of the baby.
Tony could just be playing a prank after all.
The baby has the same black hair, and those stunning blue eyes Bucky had but she couldn't say a confident answer as to whether or not it was Bucky.
"What did you do?!" the woman whisper yelled.
"It's just like the time Bruce turned Scott into a baby!" Tony defended. "This time however we don't really know what happened." The woman scoffed at Tony.
"The fuck do you mean you don't know what happened."
"Hey hey no potty mouth around the baby!" Tony tried to changed the topic rather quickly.
"What do you mean you don't know what happened." The woman repeated in a harsh tone. Tony stood up from the bed and shrugged, he was obviously already trying to escape.
"It means I don't know what happened, so while I go figure that out can you watch baby Barnes?" Tony asked. The woman sighs and runs one hand through her hair. This was too much to deal with, especially when it's the first thing in the morning you wake up to.
"I can't watch the baby all day Tony." Tony nods his head.
"You won't have to, we'll all do shifts." The woman clenched her jaw at the realisation.
"Why do I get first shift."
"He was crying a lot and nobody wanted to deal with him." Tony said as he started walking out of the room. Y/N huffed, of course the team would put the worst shift on you. "But he seems fine now so you're shift will fly by." And with that Tony left the room.
The woman lifted the baby in her arms and looked at him. "I'll give it to you Bucky, you're we're a cute baby." As if understanding her Bucky gave her a cute toothless smile.

Shifts he said. He said that'd we'd do shift for the baby and yet no one was around the tower.
"FRIDAY?" The woman's voice called out. "Who's in the tower?" There was a brief beat of silence.
"All avengers are accounted for." Then where the fuck were they.
"Could you tell me where they are FRIDAY?" Another brief pause.
"Mister stark does not want me to tell you."
The woman rolled her eyes. "Fine, since Tony technically made you this." The woman says speaking to the baby Barnes who was resting on her hip. "He can take care of you like a mother." And so the woman walked down to the labs and stormed in.
"Tony!" The spoke loudly, but not loud enough to scare the baby, as she approached only to see this is where the avengers were hiding. "You guys are kidding right? Where are the shifts you guys talked about?"
"Sorry Y/N you're the best with kids." Natasha said with a shrug.
"It doesn't mean I'm willing to give up my whole day to watch one." The woman took a deep breath to calm herself. "Sam could you watch him please?" Sam's eyes shifted to the exit.
"I've got plans."
"Bullshit!" The woman whisper yelled and unknowingly covered Bucky's ears.
"Y/N you gotta understand how weird it would be for me." Sam said trying to find any excuse to not watch him.
"If you can fight HYDRA on the daily I think you'll manage a baby." The woman said and handed Bucky into Sams arms.
With that the woman smiled and began walking away. Only to be stopped when Bucky started screaming and crying and had his chubby little fingers trying to reach out for her.
"I think Bucky has a favourite."
