Rashi's  pov...........

I was tired , after coming home , I told everything to mom , she had already prepared dinner , after dinner , I did all the dishes , completed kitchen works  and then went to sleep .

Inside bedroom ......

I saw Kabir , sitting on bed with his laptop in his lap , with a serious expression .

" You can do work from here too "
Said I , placing the laptop on bed instead of his lap .

" These electronic gadgets , are better if not in contact with skin "
I added sweetly .

Now , he was looking at me with some feelings , in his eyes .

He didn't spoke anything , I was about to move towards balcony , thinking me is busy with work , when he called me " Rashi "

I turned towards him .

" Sit "
he said closing the laptop ,
placing it on the nearby table  .

I sat on bed , maintaining a distance .

" Are you tensed "?
I asked ,
because of the tensed lines on his forehead .

" I..Ugh...No " he stammered

" Lying" ? I asked sweetly .

" I....Um.....ugh.."

" What is it Kabir ?"
" Now a days , you seems stressed almost  always "

May be he is disturbed because of Navneet . But I wants to know by him .

Kabir's   pov .........

"It's you and Navneet , Rashi "
I wants to say ,bht I kept to myself .

She knows I'm stressed ,
somewhere I liked it .

" Rashi , I'm sorry "
" I didn't want to hurt you ,
or to blame you ,
or to disrespect you in any
sense "
" But ...."

"But what ? "

"I....Ugh....I.....No..I mean you..."
I relived a long sigh .

" Leave it " Said I , finding no appropriate way to ask her about Navneet .

" Why " ?
" Not today "
" You have done this earlier too"
She said getting stubborn .

" It may hurt you  and
I don't want to do that "
I reasoned genuinely .

" It's okay , I'll bear it "

She said , looking straight at me , getting serious .

" I want to know about You and Navneet "
I said lowly .

She looked down at his mention , then
" What's that you want to know " ?

" You both were , like ugh , ..."
I was at lost of words , while she started .

" My marriage was fixed with him , after some time , we started chatting on text messages , very few times on calls too "
" With time I got to know him"
" I though he is interested in this marriage , but then we got news that he...... "

I don't want to hurt her , but also my agenda of knowing her feelings for him was not completed .

" I don't want to discuss his topic everyday "
She said genuinely .

" Do you ever , I mean , your feelings ...Um......I mean..."

She again bet me and

" I like being around, funny , talkative people , with care free nature "
" So his nature , is something which I liked at that time "
" But that doesn't mean I had any sort of feelings for him , it's just that we were good friends " 
She stated .

Now I don't know what to say .

We shared some minutes of silent .
She was continuously looking at her palms .

" This marriage , this family , you , whatever you had done for me  , 
it meant a lot to me Kabir "

" I'll never betray you "
She said looking in my eyes .

" Navneet is just your cousin to me , now  and a saviour of my dad "
" Nothing else ,
never was ,  after he left "

I was doing a happy dance inside listening her .

" Are you happy with me " ?
I asked  , her hoping a YES .

" NO "
She said and turned her face in opposite direction .

" What " ? I was shocked . .

I asked getting restless on my place

" Which girl can be happy with a 28 year old kid  ?
She complained .

" I'm not a kid "

" Oh....Then you could have asked all this to me straight and earlier "
" Rather then getting stressed out "
She asked raising an eyebrow , her eyes are so beautiful .

I rubbed the back of my neck ,
getting a bit nervous .

" I expect this much maturity from you , Mr. Husband  "
She said playfully , I didn't knew this side of her .

" I'm sorry "

" Actually , it happened , when you started ignoring me "
