" Rashi , what are you eating " ? Kabir started the moment he stepped inside our room .
"Mom told me you brought sandwiches for me , But Tanvi had them " " I just can't take my mind off it so ordered one " I replied happily munching my favorite cheese sandwich .
" Have this , I won't let you eat any such stuff further " I herd him saying this more to himself , while he took out his towel from cupboard .
" Why so " ? I asked , it's just sandwiches not any gold or something . Why is he saying so ?
" What " ? He asked in response.
" You said you will not allow me to have any such thing further , why so " ? I questioned properly .
"Nothing ...I didn't said anything " " By the way , you must had this in the evening too , right "
He asked taking seat beside me , pulling my hand which was holding sandwich towards him , I was looking at me like a kid who doesn't want to share her favorite candy , he took a LARGE bite 🙄 , looking in my eyes , which are already looking at him in shock , confusion , shyness .
" I.. I....Um....What....." I was blank , about our conversation , more focused on sharing food , it's the first time , indirectly I fed him .
I don't know why , I was unable to broke the eye contact , my hand was in his , we were looking at each other , with his other hand he cleared corner of my lips , it all felt so good .
It remained for like 10 seconds , then " Kabir " dad called him and we came back to reality , he left for outside to listen to dad , my eyes fall on the remain bread and I smiled like an idiot for God knows what reason .
Few days later :
It was a Sunday evening .... I was applying oil to mom's hairs , sitting outside in the garden & Tanvi di was munching an apple .
