Rashi pov ........

I was blank listening about my father , Kabir took me , to hospital , all the way , warm tears were flowing continuously , Kabir took my one palm in his , on my lap .

Simultaneously driving the car ,
" Don't worry Rashi "
" Everything will be fine "
He said assuringly , I didn't said anything as words were not forming in my mouth , instead my mind was flodded by all the worst possibilities .

Once we reached there ,
" you go , I'll come after parking car "
He said .

I left and marched as soon as possible , inside the hospital .

On my way I saw my brother going inside a room , I went directly in that direction , as I entered the room , I saw the most unwanted person Navneet standing there , shocking me .

Then my eyes fell on my mom , bro , dad .

" Rashi , you here " ?
Mom asked .

" How's you papa (dad) " ?
I asked sitting on his bed ,
he seems fine , with a bandage on forehead and an injury on left hand, near elbow .

" I'm absolutely fine , beta "
" These are just minor injuries "
He assured me , wiping my tears off my cheek .

" Here are your tablets ,
you may go home by tomorrow morning , after a few tests "
Doctor announced .

" Thank you Dr. " I said .

" It's all because of Mr. Navneet "
" He is the one who brought him here in the right time , as lots of his blood was lost "
" So thank him , I just did my duty "
He said and left the room .

I looked towards my mom ,
she nodded in agreement .

Navneet left , bidding goodbye to everyone , saying he is getting late , as earlier he was going somewhere .

I too walked behind him , as dad needs some rest , while we were out , " Navneet "
I called him , from behind .

He turned towards me .

" You...Ugh"
I was in the mid .

"It's completely okay Rashi "
" No need of thanks "
" I have already done bad with them"
He said all this with guilty expressions .

" For me ,
my family comes before myself , I can do anything for them , I .. "
I was not completed yet , when I saw him coming , my husband , with a tensed look .

" Seems like dad is fine " ?
He asked , looking at me .

I nodded , with a small smile ,
Navneet left saying
" I should leave now , Bye "
Looking towards me ,
it's a bit awkward as he didn't looked at Kabir for once , or may be I'm over observing .

Then with Kabir , I went to saw dad again , reports of all the tests arrived and it was declared by doctor that ,dad is perfect now , with 2 injuries which will heal soon .

We made our way back go home as my mom didn't let me stay in the hospital for tonight .

' May be he is not that bad '
' He escaped for some girl ,
as he love someone else '
' what would have I done , if he had reveiled the truth after marrying me '
' If I see from his view point , he is not wrong on his place '
' But at least he should inform all this to ME , after all its me with whom he was about to get married '

I was busy with a mind war , when the car stopped , we reached home.
