I hugged Rashi , out of joy , but after few seconds , I got back to my senses , thus released her , composing myself on my place besides her on our bed .
" I...Ugh....Um.m....Sorry"
"We should sleep now " She spoke softly , we took our sides and I slept looking at her .
Next day , when I came back from working out a bit in park ,
(because Navneet has a good built body , also Rashi is a fitness freak , she always like always wake up early morning to do some exercises )
( She never skips a day , even when we went to Jaipur for Kunal's wedding . She never actually brought the topic to me 😁 , but I'm trying to have a good impression infront of my wife & to have glimpse of her )
I saw sindoor (vermilion ) on her forehead , today , rare .
Amusingly a smile made its way , as it's not only just a powder but an indication that she is mine .
Also it suited her , giving a different look , increasing her beauty more , making it difficult for me to take my eyes off her .
"Kabir " she mouthed nervously , hesitatingly , bringing me back to reality that we are in dinning hall , not in our bedroom .
At dinning table usually it's me gazing at her , but today , I saw her too stealing glances in between . I liked it ,till that idiot Navneet got seated beside her .
I'm a bit at ease now , but , I know she is not comfortable with him around .
Later , in the afternoon mom called me , saying to pick her up while going back , as she went to some gathering . Indirectly informing that my wife is alone , at home 😜 .
I tried my best to manage work , So that we would be able to spend some alone time , but I can't leave work today , so the least I ordered , some food at the home address for her .
I know she likes all outside food , as at Kunal's wedding I had seen her with dahi balle , chole bhature , tikki , chilla , jalebi , etc ....most of the time .
I called her to inform that I have ordered food for her , so that she didn't go on cooking .
She got excited with
"What "?!! "How do you know , I'm alone " ? "But , I didn't told you "
"Rashi , Rashi , let your questions wait for some time and go and take food , vendor is on gate "
" Yeah , yeah , I'm going " She said and ended the call .
' Wow , so nice of my wife , here I was expecting at least a few minutes talk with her , instead she ended call '
' at least she can hold the call for a moment ' 🙁
I had ordered a full meal .....
