"hey john" i happily skip over to johnny's car hopping in it "you woke up on the right side of the bed today" he responds turning on the car "i found the perfect dress for prom"
"oh prom, i forgot that we're doing that" i look over at him and slapped his arm lightly "anyways you hayden and william need to find something to wear soon"
"william, whats he got to do with anything"
"he's lauren's date dickhead" he looks over at me with a shocked expression "i take that back you woke up on the wrong side of the bed today"
"ugh, so do you want me to figure out when their not busy so we can set a date"
"how about just you and me" he says winking at me
"we never got to finish what we started at the party" he adds on
"johnny, i'm being serious" i hold in my laughter
"so am i" he insists
"ok so you want me to come help you find something to wear"
"yeah, i can work with that" he sighs "tomorrow, instead of tudoring" i add, he nods and continues driving

"what's up" johnny says turning into the school
"just nadia"
"what's she doing"
"she talking shit about me" i say getting out of johnny's car
"you should beat her up"
he puts his arm around my shoulder as we walk into school together, i look over at a group of about 30 people and realise that nadia is in the middle of the group spreading rumours about me
"she hooked up with hayden on johnny's birthday" i look up at johnny who is pulling me away from the group "it's ok i know you didn't do that" he pats my shoulder to reassure me

at lunch
"oh she also said that your only dating johnny because your lesbian but don't want anyone to know" annie says from across the table
"are people believing these lies" i gasp for air in between my laughter "if they do they're stupid"
lauren joins in laughing
"oh there not lies there facts" i turn and see nadia standing behind us "i think i would know if i was lesbian and only dating johnny because i don't want anyone to know" i respond still laughing
"well you and i both know this relationship isn't real"
"i didn't know that actually"
"well you should, you guys are never together you never go on dates together you don't hold hands or hugs and you never kiss" she stands with her arms crossed giving us a smug look
"oh really" i look over at johnny and smile before moving myself to be on his lap and grabbing his face and pushing into mine, i feel his lips make a small grin as he kisses me back, i hear annie and lauren squeal from in front of us
i pull away from johnny and rest my head on his shoulder still sitting on his lap, i look over at nadia who is walking the opposite way from us
"um . what" annie almost screams "you didn't tell her you had sex" lauren almost screams again
"LAUREN" johnny and i both shout
"WHAT" annie shrieks, i look up at johnny who is mouthing words to hayden
"so you guys did, it" annie exclaims getting everyone's attention "no" annie sadly sighs "you just wasted my energy" annie says crossing her arms in annoyance "well i wasnt the one that said it"
"they nearly had sex" lauren corrects herself
"its to late now" annie says
