Hans and Helena headed out to the fjord upon Helena's request. Captain Nicolas and another guard tagged as protocol but Hans didn't mind. What mattered to him was seeing his daughter and spending time with her after months of not seeing her.

"Papa look!", his daughter grabs his hand and leads him towards a stall where they were selling pendants. Helena always had a knack for pendants.

"Helena, next time. When papa has money...", he tells her. As of now, Hans is close to penniless. He only has a one way ticket back to Maldonia with zero plans in mind.

As she was admiring the many pendants, Hans looked up and noticed the Strutus and Southern Isle ship docked. He let out a scoff before shaking his head at the ships. These two ships have come a long way to both wreck Hans's life. He hated seeing them. But as he was looking at the ships, he noticed John and Ivar stepped out of the ship.

"Hans, isn't that John? Your friend or colleague?", Captain Nicolas asked Han suddenly. "What's he doing in the Southern Isle ship?"

"Actually...he's my nephew", Hans suddenly says snd Captain Nicolas's eyes widened when he put two and two together. Hans pursed his lips before directing his attention to John and Ivar. "John! Over here!"

John looked at him. He looked relieved for a moment but also terrified when Ivar gave him a warning look. Hans was confused at the sudden exchange. Ivar suddenly stormed towards him while John stayed behind near the ship.

"Hans", Ivar says once he's in front of Hans. Hans felt his insides churn at the sight of his brother and instinctively, he grabbed Helena and placed her behind him, holding her hand.

"Ivar...", Hans addresses him. "What do you want?"

"You knew...didn't you?", Ivar asked him and Hans gave him a confused look. "About John?"

"I don't know what the hell you are talking about", Hans says confused by his brother's sudden question.

Ivar was close to punching Hans but he quickly stopped himself. "John, about him, that he was my son. You knew didn't you?"

"I didn't. He was under my care for a long time. I raised him since he was twelve. I didn't know he was my nephew or any blood relation of any sort. I only knew until he mentioned Juliana", Hans replies and Ivar let's out a sigh, a defeated one.

"Fine...I was sent here to take you and your daughter back to the Southern Isles...", Ivar tells Hans. "But John has begged me not to do that....and I hate to say this but thank you...for taking care of John."

Hans felt something in his chest. He was shocked by his brother's words and suddenly, he felt this big burden lifted off his shoulder. It was like all the pain, grievances, and bitterness he held for his brother was slowly disappearing and he felt the walls he built over the years slowly crumbling from just a simple thank you from his brother.

"I...I...", Hans stammered, clearly in shock. "It's nothing really....John is like a son to me."

Ivar nodded, looking away. Hans knew his brother. It hurt his pride to say these things. "I'm doing this for my son. But I want one favor from you."

"What is it?", Hans asks.

"Keep away from my son. I don't want any contact between you two...", Ivar says and Hans felt his heart drop to his stomach. Suddenly, the walls began rebuilding itself again once his brother said that.

Hans shook his head. "I can't do that."

"What?", Ivar asked him, confused and annoyed.

"I raised him since he was twelve. You can't just do that to me. I am like his father-"

"But I am his father", Ivar interjects angrily. "Unless you want me to take you and Helena to face Igor himself....lose any contact with my son."

And with that, Ivar walked away leaving a devastated and angry Hans. He was in shock while he glanced over to John who gave him a disheartened look before walking back to the ship with Ivar. Hans looked down at the floor before pursing his lips nodding hard.

"I am not going to allow that...", he says to himself before marching away with Helena in his arms and Captain Nicolas and the other guard following them.

Elsa whirled her finger around before releasing it all around the office. She smiled to herself before leaning against her chair. For once, she felt a bit relaxed. It's been so long since she's felt this way. But seeing the snow made her miss Olaf and her other snow creations. Once the war is over, she plans to bring them back to Arendelle but for now, she's going to have to face the war and take care of her baby soon.

She placed a hand on her stomach. She wondered if her baby would inherit the ice gene just like her, the powers. That thought seemed a tad bit alarming but also, the baby would have Elsa to guide him or her. It wouldn't be like Elsa where she was seen as a danger, a threat, and was forced to conceal her powers from a young age and shut everyone out. She didn't want that for her child...

"Elsa?", the door suddenly opened, Frederic stepped into the study.

"Frederic", Elsa smiles standing up to meet him. She walked up to him and Frederic smiled back at her. "How did things go with Queen Annette?"

"Well...I convinced her somehow to leave but not of course with the whole 'I'll be back for Helena'", Frederic says and Elsa sighs.

"I can't say I blame her...Helena is her daughter after all", Elsa says before taking Frederic's hand into hers. "But thank you...thank you for doing this for me."

Frederic smiled at her. "Of course, you are my wife after all."

Elsa smiled before kissing his cheek. She was never really sweet to any other guy other than well, Hans so it was strange for her to act such a way. But she kind of liked it. Frederic was a good man, a good husband, and a good leader to her people and that's all that mattered to her.

"I got to get back to work. We leave for Corona next week and all the guests have left already", Elsa says. "I really want this war over..."

Frederic looked nervous for a moment when Elsa said that. It was brief but Elsa caught it. "Me too", he agrees though it was little offhanded.

"Are you alright?", Elsa asked her husband, furrowing her brows at him.

"Y-yes, I'm fine. Why?", Frederic asked her.

"You seem a little off", Elsa replies and Frederic masked it quickly with a smile.

"I'm fine. I promise you", Frederic assures her before leading her back to her desk. "I'll help you."

"Alright...", Elsa nods, her eyes still fixated on him. She wondered what the sudden reaction was but she quickly shrugged, shaking it away, thinking nothing of it after that.
