you and your friend looked around at the huge buildings all around you. you admired the intricate designs and all the colors that they were decorated it.you had recently graduated and your graduation present from your parents was a trip to japan. you brought along your best friend to experience all the new culture.
you were taking pictures of the buildings when you heard a group of guys singing. you stopped and turned, seeing a small crowd over by a certain building.
"they're really good," you said.
"hm? oh, those hot guys over there." your friend chuckled. "let's go check them out."
she grabbed your wrist and pulled you towards the crowd before you could even protest.
soon you were standing right next to a guy with a camera, recording the five guys singing. you looked at one with curly hair, but you felt someone else's eyes on you. you turned to one of the blondes and caught his bright blue eyes.
he started a solo and you couldn't help but smile a little bit. you never lost eye contact with him and when they finished the song he winked at you before the group started walking away.
"d-did you see that?" you asked your friend.
"hm? sorry i was looking at that other building."
"one of them just winked at me."
"really?"
"mhm."
"then let's go!" she grabbed your wrist and pulled you along again.
"wait, what?!"
"we're gonna get you a mans." you scoffed and reluctantly followed your friend through the hallway.
you entered a room and heard yelling. you noticed the five guys all holding swords and copying the moves of what you figured was a professional.
you caught the blondes eye again and winked at him, seeing a blush form on his cheeks. they continued doing different moves and positions with the swords, yelling as they did it.
you started looking around at the decorations, until you felt a tap on your shoulder. you turned and were face to face with the blonde.
"hi," you said softly.
"hey. um, my name's corbyn."
"i'm y/n." you shook his hand and smiled. "you have an amazing voice."
"oh, thank you. i'm actually in a band. we're on tour right now."
"oh, is that supposed to impress me?" you smirked.
"i-i mean-"
"i'm kidding." you laughed.
"i mean i could try to impress you. but it wouldn't be with my voice."
"oh yeah? how would you do it?"
"i'll show you." he smirked and walked away. you crossed your arms and watched him, realizing how fast your heart had been beating.
"look at you, you're gonna get some," your friend teased.
"oh shut up." you rolled your eyes at her.
corbyn had grabbed a sword and looked over at you, winking before he started doing all kinds of cool moves with it. you were pretty impressed, until he tripped and fell, dropping the sword on the ground.
you tried not to laugh, but you couldn't help it. your hand covered your mouth as you tried to keep it all in. corbyn got up and came back over to you.
"i am very impressed," you said sarcastically while laughing.
"hey, i may not have impressed you but i sure did make you laugh," he said.
"you're right. i'll give you that." you chuckled.
"so are you visiting or do you live here?" he asked.
"i'm visiting. it was a graduation present."
"oh cool. how long are you staying?"
"a week."
"us too." corbyn smiled. "maybe we could hang out again?"
"yeah, definitely. and i'd love to hear you sing again."
"i'm sure i could get you and your friend backstage."
"oh wow, we get the special treatment huh?" you chuckled.
"you seem pretty special to me, so..." you blushed and pushed a piece of hair behind your ear.
"corbyn!" you looked behind him and saw a man calling his name.
"i guess you better go." you sighed.
"let me have your number and we can find a time to hang out again." you smiled and put your number into his phone.
you were totally prepared for corbyn to never text you again. but the next morning you woke up to a text from him. he invited you to get lunch and then go to the show with him.
you agreed and you and your friend got ready. you met up with corbyn and his band and got to know him. your friend had hit it off with a guy named daniel and you were thankful that you could focus on just corbyn.
you got to know each other and couldn't hide that you were hardcore flirting with him. the restaurant was dark, allowing you to scoot closer to him. his hand ended up on your thigh and your knees were touching.
later at the venue, corbyn had brought you on the stage during soundcheck. he grabbed your hands and danced with you around stage as they all checked their mics and messed around.
by the end of the night, you and corbyn were like best friends. you snuck him away into a cab that was taking you to your hotel, your friend staying with daniel.
"you usually go to girls hotel rooms the day after you met them?" you asked. you were sitting on your bed, facing each other.
"no, never really." he chuckled. "do you usually have guys in your hotel room?"
"no, never really." you both laughed.
"i don't wanna make you uncomfortable...but i feel like we really connected and i really feel the urge to kiss you right now." corbyn blushed.
"i feel the same way." you smiled and put your hand on his cheek, leaning in. your lips touched and he pushed you back on the bed, hovering over you.
"this is okay right?" corbyn asked, suddenly pulling away.
"mhm."
"are you sure?"
"yes corbyn, just kiss me already." you chuckled and he leaned in, kissing your lips again.
not much to your surprise, that wasn't the only night that corbyn spent in your hotel room.
