My Ghost Friend (Part 2: EDITED)

I just want to say that I just edited some stories and conversations here. I don't know if I will still edit some story conversations in the last part just for you to understand clearly.

Silver's POV

I was walking through the streets going to the cherry blossom tree. Somebody just told me to come over that tree. When I came to the tree, I found a figure standing under the tree. I recognized that figure.

"Edgar? Are you the one who told me to come over here?"

"Yeah," he said

"So, what do you want to talk about?"

"Well...I'll is direct to the point, will you be my girlfriend? I have already liked you since the day we first met. When I'm with you, my heart was beating so fast. Every time I tried to be myself, I can't. Just because you are in front of me. So, Can you be?" he confesses

"I'm sorry but I don't feel the same way," I tell him the truth

"It's okay. At least we can still be friends" he said while smiling directly at me. I feel bad for him being rejected because of mine.

"I got to go," I said before leaving him

"Okay then...See you next month" he shouted after I turned my back at him.

I go back to school and exactly I saw my friend standing near the locker waiting for me to tell her something.

"Took you long enough...Confessions? Again?" she asked

"yea" I answered

"And who is this person?"

"Edgar..."

"What?! Girl, you have to move on! You know that he is the most famous boy in this school! That was your chance to be close with him!" she blurted out at me

"I know that. It's just...I don't know why I can't do that" I answered honestly

"Sorry...I'm just so worried about you. But now, forget about it, let's just go home"

We walk out of the school together. We make bid goodbye before making our way apart. I walk down the streets going to my house. When I got home, I heard some noise coming from the kitchen. And then I found out, mom and dad were fighting.

My dad has never accepted me since the day he found out about my eyes. Mom always comforted me. After my father leaves, I run to my room and cry.

I'm still thinking about him. I'm always asking through the air, why does he have to go. I always shout out that I need him. But then, my other ghost friend pops out. She's Merlyn. She was always right by my side. She's the one who's telling me to calm down every time I'm shouting that I need him.

Someone's POV

I'm watching her...always. I'm guarding her...she just doesn't know. I can see everything every day in her life. When some guys were trying to court her, I also know that. I felt bad for her. I always wish that I was in that position. Suddenly, I heard the voice of a woman at my back.

"It's been six years since you left her but still...you miss her?" she asked

"Honestly, yes...I still do miss her. I miss her more than anything in the world."
