Slow
Like raindrops in a storm
Suspended in an everlasting dance
Frozen in crystals
Crashing against a wall of glass
Shatter me
Like the storm inside
Bursting through my chest
In a beam of light
Suspended in the air
Twirling and swirling cloth
Draped around me
Raindrops soak every inch of the fabric
Now clinging to my skin
I suck in a lost breath
Feeling heat travel across my body
Swiftly stealing the air from my lungs
I crash into the droplets frozen
Through the glass wall
And to the other side
Shattering
Showered in glass and ice crystals
Surrounded by nothing
Held back no more
Shatter me
Break me
Into a thousand pieces
Only to find I'm less broken
And more free
Shatter Me
