The mysterious angel.

The late bell rang, but by this time everyone is already inside their homerooms. Like last year the teacher (prefers being called sensei or master) Toro Sensei begins to welcome the class back to Destiny Prep.

“Welcome back to another great year of classes here at Destiny Prep!” I’m glad to see everyone is here on time today. I bet you’re all eager to find out what classes you will have this year. I won’t take up to much of your time, but before I pass out your schedules, everyone please welcome a new addition to not only our school but our class, Karina.” Toro sensei finished while gesturing over to the door.

The door opened and through came a familiar face to Frexien. It was the same girl he bumped into earlier in the morning. Frexien didn’t seem to notice himself smiling really big, but Roman and Sora did. Karina looked back and caught Frexien's gaze and both of them quickly looked away blushing.

“Hey that’s the new girl I was telling you about earlier. You seemed to have taking a liking to her Frexien.” Sora said in a low voice over to Frexien as he turned redder.

“Now I know why you were smiling so much earlier. Did you two meet?” Roman asked Frexien.

“Yea you could say that.” Frexien said remembering the crash into her.

“Hey! Frexien, Sora, Roman quiet down a bit.” Toro sensei called out to the back of the room.

“Yes sir.” The 3 of them said back at Toro sensei.

“As I was saying this is Karina, she transferred here from Radiant Valley and will be staying with us for quit some time. Give her a nice warm welcome and make her feel like she’s been here with us since last year. Karina you may sit where ever there’s an open seat.” Toro sensei told Karina. She walked over to an open seat two spots away from Frexien not looking back at him.

“Now then I have your schedules right here along with some special treats.” After he finishes passing out the schedules he hands out some sea-salt ice cream. The class went quiet for a bit till they finished eating them.

“Man that was great! So, what classes do you guys have?” Roman asked the other two.

“Well I’ve got English 2 first, then swordsmanship, intro to magic, and Art.” Sora said with a smile.

“Hmm I think we have swordsmanship together, and Art. I’ve got Synthesis, Swordsmanship, History, and Art. Fairly easy semester for me.” Roman said looking over to Sora.

Frexien was to busy looking over towards Karina, but looked back towards the others when she felt him staring at her.

“Hey Frexien what’s going through your head? You seem a bit distracted. Sora asked Frexien who still hasn’t looked at his schedule.

“Huh?! Oh sorry I must’ve spaced out a bit.” Frexien finally said hiding the fact that he was actually looking over at Karina the whole time.  “Anyways my classes are English 2, Synthesis, magic, and… Whoa! Intro to Auras!?” Frexien said excitedly and confused wondering how he got that class. Frexien doesn’t have anything having to do with Auras, not that he knows of anyways. Sora and Roman looked at him confused, and then Sora said in a serious tone.

“You think it’s because of your past? Seeing as how your classes here are assigned according to your past experiences and such. The schools research and registry department might have info about where you came from. They might have info on your past and it might help get your memory back!”

“Let’s not get our hopes up just yet. I’ll go see them later today since it’s going to be pact with people changing their schedules.” Frexien said with his normal calm. The bell interrupted the conversation and they all got up and headed towards the door.
