15♡Cyanide and Joy

They were all discussing it as Harith was asleep. Then the door suddenly trembled as if a magnificent force took upon it.

And that force was the Abyss.

Nana squealed in fright, however she was hushed by Odette.

"I'll go first... Then I'll break your falls with my magic."

"Darling, make sure you'll be okay." her knight pleaded.

"F-Fall..?" Nana stuttered.

"Yes, Nana. It's the only way. I'm sorry. And Lancelot, I'll be fine, just make sure the kids are okay."

It was at this point one of the door planks broke, revealing an opening and a monstrous hand, apparently trying to grab them.

"Follow me, make sure nobody gets left behind." Odette shouted, as she opened the window, and the raging winds blew into their room.

And Odette jumped. Her magic broke her fall, only giving her a small scratch probably from the debris on the ground.

"Nana, hurry!" Lancelot exclaimed however he stepped on a wet sock and flew out the window, leaving the two cat elves behind.

Luckily enough Odette broke his fall too.

"Lancelot! The kids!" Odette screamed.

"Uh.. uh... The window is stuck! What will I do now..." Nana panicked, and the abyss monsters broke the whole door and were barging in one by one.

"It's the only way..." she murmured, the tears inching up her eyes because of her inability to decide.

With all her strength, she lifted her sleeping friend, then she was stopped. A monster had grabbed her hair!

She pulled, and a little tuft of her silky soft locks were stuck in the rotting hand of the devilish entity.

A piece of hair wasn't worth her best friend, she thought. Or her only friend, as of the time period.

She built up her courage, and leaped.

Broken glass, blood and a few bones weren't worth her best friend either.
