A pure-white and a golden silhouette crowded over her body, another silhouette trying to grasp out whatever warmth there was in her blood. She blinked a reasonable amount of times, and her peculiar ears adjusted to the environment.

Her skin could feel the rain trickling down her face, her nose eventually making her cough.

"Oh my lord... Please tell me you're okay." the gold silhouette asked in a very worried tone.

"She would be okay if you hadn't jumped out first, Lancelot!" the other silhouette exclaimed in a bickering tone.

"It was an accident, I'm sorry my dear..." the other one replied, in a guilty tone.

"Guys... Please stop fighting!" the small silhouette pleaded.

"Why'd you get out of the carriage? You're sick and rain will make it worse." the white silhouette yelled.

"The kid's right. If we stay long out here, Nana's predicament might worsen." the gold silhouette nodded.

She felt as if she was being carried, amd soon after she didn't feel cold rain on her face anymore. She rubbed her eyes with her arms, and the first thing she could clearly see was red. Red, like blood, kool-aid, ink, but for the worst it looked like blood.

Nana opened her mouth to say something, but her voice sounded like nothing.

"Stay calm. I'm removing the glass shards." Odette said removing the foreign substances from her skin, which was a little painful.

"It hurts."

It was then something else fell from the balcony. It made a huge splat sound.

And the grass was covered in more red. A head rolled towards the carriage wheel, making it shake a little.

"Uh... I think we have to go. Fast." Harith said, tugging Lancelot's sleeve.

"Sh*t, they're going to catch up at this rate." The knight scoffed.

(gotta keep it family friendly yo)

"Lancelot, be useful and operate the carriage!" Odette shouted.

He obeyed his princess' command and took the reins, going as fast the horse's legs could go.

Meanwhile, inside.

"I'll be careful, just try to hold the pain." Odette comforted her.

"Y-Yeah... Please stay strong." Harith added.

Nana gulped as the steel tweezers grabbed a big shard of glass, which would give her a haemorrhage if it wasn't severe. She felt weak from the amount of blood she lost, and her consciousness was hanging on by a string, that string being their encouragement.
