Streaming: The Finale

The next morning...

Violet had gotten up early so she could wait at the door for Clementine. She took a seat in the lobby and waited. She wanted to be the first person Clem saw when she walked in. She sees a taxi pull up to the drop off spot and out came Clementine. Violet's heart dropped. She stood up and adjusted her jacket, and watched Clem pay the driver and grab her bags.

"This is it. Breathe Violet. Breathe." Violet said to herself. Clem started walking to the door and when she walked, she saw Violet.

"Clementine?" Violet said as tears started filling up in both of their eyes. Clementine dropped her bags and ran jumped into Violet's arms. All of the hotel staff looked on and smiled, happy for the two.

"I can't believe this is happening." Clem said followed by a barrage of sniffles.

"You better believe it, because it's happening. Oh my god, I'm so happy to finally see you in person." Violet said as the two stood up to their feet, wiping the tears from their eyes.

"Let's go talk to the receptionist and see what we can do to get you put in my room." Violet said as she carried Clem's bags for her over to the desk.

"Hi. I have a question to ask you." Violet said as the receptionist from the day before looked at her and smiled.

"Yeah. What can I do for you?" The lady asked.

"I was wondering if it was possible to refund her money for her room and just move her into mine." Violet said as she gave Clem a smile, who gave one back.

"Name?" The receptionist asked.

"Uhhh Clementine. Clementine Marsh." Clem said as the lady began typing into the computer.

"I think we can move her into your room but as for a refund, since she booked a room months ago, I'm afraid we aren't able to grant her a refund. I'm sorry." The lady said.

"That's ok. Violet let's go." Clem said as she patted Vi on the back.

"Alright." Violet said as the two walked towards the elevator.

"Violet, I think I can handle carrying my own luggage." Clem said.

"I know you can. I just wanted to carry them for you. You can do me a favor in return, just press that button right there so we can get to our room." Violet said as Clem obliged. She pressed the fifth floor button and they went up.

"I'm so happy to see you Violet." Clem said as the two smiled.

"I am extremely happy to see you too. More than you know." Violet said as Clem gave her a puzzled look.

"What do you mean by that?" Clem asked. Just as Violet answered, the door opened and a couple walked in.

"1st floor please." The man said as Clem pressed the button. The elevator went back down and dropped them off and Clem pressed the button to go up to their floor once more.

The door opened on the fifth floor and they walked to their room. Violet opened the door and the two of them walked in.

"Wow Vi, your room is much more amazing in person." Clem said as Violet dropped Clem's bags and pulled Clem in for a hug.

"I don't even know where to start when it comes to you. I'm so happy to see you Clem. I have been waiting for this for too long." Violet said as Clem ran her hand through Violet's hair.

"You're amazing Violet. I'm glad I got this chance to meet you." Clem said.

"Hey I've got an idea." Violet said, getting an eyebrow raise from the brunette.
