Victory! We beat Porus in our largest battle yet. Porus and his men had huge animals called elephants in the battle, which we were terrified of. Just think, a huge, gray beast with a long hose stuck to its face and the largest ears ever, charging at you with men on its back shooting arrows and throwing spears at you. This happened to me and an arrow stuck into my leg, so back to the hospital I go. We were able to overcome our fears and conquer the Indians, sending them routing.
As I write this, I sit in a hospital bed with my leg wrapped up in bandages. I fear that my leg will have to be amputated.
