It was almost Halloween, and from the start, Dan and I were watching stupid Halloween movies. We went from the Halloween Town series to a few scary movies. It was a fun little Halloween tradition we always did.
"Well, that was fun," I remarked after we had finished watching Hocus Pocus. Dan nodded in agreement, petting Fischer, who decided to join us tonight on our movie night.
"What do you want to do now?" I asked, sitting up. Dan sat up, too, and smiled at me.
"Can we just cuddle?" He asked.
"But we just were?" I questioned.
"Yeah, but, in bed…." He said, a light blush hitting his cheeks. I giggled and nodded my head.
"Can we make caramel apples first? We can eat them while we cuddle." I said, a small smile on my face.
"Yes!" Dan said, his voice higher pitched than normal. I laughed and ran to the kitchen to make the caramel apples.
Dan and I made caramel apples, making a huge mess. He helped me clean up and we ate the chillingly sweet apples while we cuddled together in bed, just enjoying being with each other during the fall weather.
