y/n's pov:
i grabbed joeys hand as he looked at my face, i looked down at the needle in his arm as blood ran through the tube, it was very nice of joey to lend his blood to landon, even after everything that's happened

"does it hurt?" i asked, "nope, looking at your beautiful face makes everything better" he whispered as i felt my face heat up, "joey" i said as i shook my head, "okay all ready we'll run some tests to see if he's compatible to landon" the nurse said as we nodded

"it'll be quick you can wait here" she said as i nodded, joey ripped the band aid off as i gasped, "joey!" i said as i chuckled, "what did you do?" i asked, "it's nothing" he shrugged as i laughed

"thanks" i said, "for what?" he asked, "for doing this, even after he 'has' me, it means a lot joey and he'll always be thankful for you" i told him as he looked down, "i can't just let him die" he whispered as i nodded

"he's my brother" joey said as i nodded thinking that he referred to him as that way, "when mom asked me to give him a job i denied, i always liked his dad, my dad was never around and i was jealous" he said as i looked up

"wait like really??" i asked, "yes" he sighed leaning back, "we have the same mother but just different dads, he always lived with his father and well i lived with my mom" he shrugged, "my father was never around, and i grew up without one, and when mom told me i was having a brother i didn't really want one" he said looking down

"when mom had him scott and i were close, then scott left with dad and i stayed with mom, scott never really knew that landon was mom's, i bet he doesn't even remember now, but i watched how his father was there for him always, loved him" he said

"landon has everything i wanted, well has" he said looking up at me, "he left when he turned 8 and i was 10, stayed with mom and when i got dads enterprises he came to work with me, i once had everything he didn't" he said, "and now well he has everything i want" he said

"why didn't he tell me about this!" i said as i looked at joey, "i don't know, we didn't give importance to it, after all we aren't fully blood" he shrugged as i shook my head, i can't believe i'm dating joeys brother

i wrapped my head around his as the nurse came in, "okay so joey is compatible!" she said as a big smile formed on my face, "we'll do the transplant now and see what's next!" she said as i nodded
