Skylar's POV

Chapter 7

When we got to set no one was their yet only crew members.

"So this is what a set looks like?" She said walking around seeing a lot of green screen stuff and special effects prep.

"This probably isn't what your parents see on set but yeah. This show requires a lot of special effects and what ever so there's a lot less actual set studios and more green screen stuff." I tried to explain.

"Yeah especially for an episode like this where their will be big fight scenes and a lot of powers being used." Dad said. I hoped up in front of the fan the were testing.

"Look I easily take your job mom." I said pretending to be Daisy.

"Yeah Chloe she's a better Daisy than you are." A crew member says.

"And obviously a more better looking one too." Chloe said everyone laughed.

"Where is the rest of the cast?" Dad asked.

"I know I seen Elizabeth and Nathalia they might be in Hair and Makeup." Rob the lights person said.

"To my favorite trailer." I said and we went to hair and makeup."Elizabeth!" I said and went to the chair next to hers, "You left me with these people yesterday how dare you." I said.

"Hey I'm here too you know." Nathalia said and everyone laughed. I went over and sat on her lap.

"I could never forget about my favorite spanish teacher." I said and gave her a hug.

"I know cariño I will never be on Elizabeth's status. I'm a close second though right?" She said tickling me.

"Of course your half a point below Liz." I said laughing and getting off her lap.

"Can we talk about the little one in the room for a second." Jess the makeup artist pointed out Lydia that's just standing awkwardly next to my dad.

"Oh this is Lydia Charles and Camila's daughter." Dad said and she waved awkwardly.

"Es este el que te metió en problemas?" Nathalia asked and I nodded which made her nod as well. She basically asked is this the one that got me in trouble. I told her all about it yesterday.

"Yeah we are taking care of her since her babysitter bailed." Mom said.

"Don't blame her I would have ran for the hills too." I said under my breath not quiet enough because I got a giggle from Natie but a scold from my parents.

After set it was the same routine. Jeff enjoyed Lydia company because she didn't make fun of him like the rest of he cast did on a daily. It was funny.

"You know that wasn't nice right." Lydia said from my door frame. I was reading a book for my book report and I was extremely confused.

"What are you talking about?" I said putting my book down.

"What you said in front of your parents cast mates. Im young what you say affect people." She said in a poor attempt to play the victim.

"Oh so you basically turning my parents against me since day 1, making up lies, getting me trouble doesn't count but I make one comment and I'm the bad guy right? This isn't some fake TV show where i'm going to forgive you instantly just cause you said sorry. What you do affect people you know." I said.

"But I'm young. Your supposed to be the bigger the person. I have a lot more to learn." She said and I scoffed.

"Consider this one of your lessons then. Sorry is just a word. I means nothing until you actually show it." I said and shut my door.
