Monchele moments

*Unlike Heya, Crisscolfer, Salgron, and many other glee cast ships, Monchele was confirmed by both Cory Monteith and Lea Michele. Here are some memorable/cute Monchele moments.

Lea and Cory became really close right after Lea's breakup with Theo which was near the beginning of season 3.

Finchel brought them closer together.

in december 2011, Lea was doing an interview at the premiere for her movie New Year's Eve and when she saw Cory, she stopped and said "I see Cory Monteith, my Finn. I have to go find him"

a few weeks later during Watch What Happens Live, when asked who the best kisser is Lea said "if I didn't say Cory Monteith, who plays my Finn, I'd get in a lot of trouble"

after work one time, Lea and Cory went to a burger place with Harry and Chord. Lea kept resting her head on Cory's arm and acting like they were a couple.

Lea once tweeted about the glee guys (including Cory) teasing her about her driving and she let Cory drive her car.

Kevin McHale tweeted a Christmas picture of Jenna Ushkowitz and Damian McGinty with Lea and Cory curled up in the background. He quickly deleted the picture.

when they filmed Do They Know It's Christmas, a crew member said to give some hugs to the kids and Cory hugged Lea and held her.

when Lea, Cory, Matt, Jane, and Chris were filming Inside The Actor's Studio with Ryan, Lea and Cory were seen walking around NYC late at night, arm in arm. they were also seen going to Cory's hotel together. they were seen the next morning walking around and eating lunch together.

Cory tweeted a picture of the New York City skyline saying he never wanted to leave and the next day, Lea tweeted a very similar skyline photo.

when Cory went to Australia to promote glee, he was asked a lot of questions about Lea, but he didn't deny anything. he also said he doesn't have rules about dating co-stars.

in january 2012, Lea tweeted that she was filming a duet with Cory (I Just Can't Stop Loving You) and that he was killing it. Cory responded that he got emotional about it.

Cory tweeted that he was getting misty when Lea was filming Without You.

in january, it was confirmed that Lea, Cory, and Chris were coming back for glee season 4. Lea said "we're a two for one deal, Cory and I" and "as long as I get to do scenes with Cory, I'm happy"

in 2012, Cory was backstage when Lea got her award and tweeted a picture of her on a monitor during her PCA acceptance speech. they spent the night hanging out and getting their pictures taken together.

Cory and Lea went to the Golden Globes together and were together all night. they took lots of pictures together and were acting like a couple the whole night.

Finchel's intensity and chemistry grew as Cory and Lea's relationship grew.

Lea brought Jon Groff as her date to the Screen Actor's Guild Awards and tweeted a picture with him. she said she was sitting with Jon and Kevin McHale, but when the camera panned on her, she was with Cory, not Kevin.

Lea tweeted a lot of Cory's close friends and his band manager, which we can assume means that she knew them well.

Cory threw a house party and Lea attended even though her parents were in L.A. visiting at the time.

Lea and Cory were spotted on a date at 10 pm on Valentine's Day. at various points in the night, Cory fed Lea spaghetti, held her hands, had a hand on her leg, and had his arm around her. Lea was seen smiling and giggling.

Lea's close friend apparently said that Lea was head over heels for Cory and felt very comfortable with him.

in may 2012, Lea and Cory went to the Met Gala together.

on may 12, 2012, Lea and Cory were seen leaving a deli together. Lea was bra-less and Cory had sex hair and a finger cast on.

they went to see The Book of Mormon together.

on june 11, 2012, Lea and Cory attended the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball together and Cory said it was "kind of a date night, yeah"

when the glee cast was at Comic Con, Cory had his hand on Lea's leg during the glee interview and they curled up together.

on july 17, 2012, Lea was seen driving Cory's car when Cory was away.

on august 12, 2012, Lea and Cory were in New York City filming and they spent the whole time together and were giggling, hugging, kissing, and being touchy-feely.

on august 16, 2012, Lea was filming Oops! I Did It Again and called Cory to tell him "it would be worth his while" to come to set.

Lea said "I can't wear this dress and not have my boyfriend see it"

when asked about the season 3 finale, Cory said in real life, he would've gotten on the train with Rachel. he also said Finchel's relationship was true love.

on december 6, 2012, Cory was on The Ellen Show where Ellen asked him if he knew what Monchele was. Cory replied "of course I know what Monchele is. it's Monteith and Lea Michele." And Ellen said "because people think y'all are a couple". Cory said "we are" and Ellen said "you are a couple?" and Cory said "yeah"

they also showed a picture of Lea with her snowboarding (from the trip with Cory) and Cory said "see? Look how cute she is"

do you think Monchele was real or PR?

I honestly don't know. I think it was a little of both maybe. All I know is, in MY opinion, Cory deserved better than Lea.
