The Bride And Groom (Part 2)

3 years later

Its been almost 3 years since Y/n walked out from her wedding. She didn't do it purposely but somehow on that day, something made her to do that and she did regret for leaving Chris alone. She hope there would be a day for her to explain everything to him.

There she is now, living her life on own without her beloved father who died about 6 months ago due to cardiac arrest. Y/n was really emotionally broken when she broke off her marriage with Chris but she became more damaged when her father died. She really wanted to give her father a happy luxury life and definitely Y/n could now since she was appointed as CEO of a marketing company but sadly her beloved father is no longer here. Y/n promised that she will always make him proud as a daughter just like she always do.

Today is an off day for Chris so he decided to take Dodger for a walk. Once they reached there, Dodger ran towards a group of little kids and plays with them. Chris looks happily at his precious boi Dodger playing while adoring those cute actions of the little kids, he sighed when the realization hits him, wasn't those kids supposed to be Y/n and his kids right?! Chris have not idea what happened to her nor where she is. He did searched for her but unfortunately there's no info so he gave up and continued his life.

Chris never dated anyone after Y/n left, he couldn't imagine anyone else as his wife but her so he was just focusing on his films and pretty much living his single life well miserable. He didn't feel that alone because he had that fur baby with him. He was just living with his family and Dodger. His thoughts were interrupted by a little girl's voice " hewwo uncle, could you pwease take for me my pway ball" Chris smile at her and looked at the direction the little girl pointed. He walked and took the ball from the dirty mud, he washed the ball and gave it back to her "here you go sweetie" she smiled and told "tenkiu" with her cute little voice and kissed his cheeks.

Chris couldn't help but adore that little girl who resembles so much like Y/n but it's more weird because the little girl has his features. It's kinda weird right? Some strangers have looks and personality same as us but Chris felt like she's somehow related to him because her pronouncement sounds just like his. Chris didn't want to let that little girl go, he literally wants to keep that precious little girl forever in his arms.

"So what's your name uncle?" That little girl ask Chris. He smiled " my name is Chris Evans." That little girl gave him a big grin and said "oh my name has Evans too and my name is Merlin Evans" Chris was just beyond surprised right now, that kid doesn't only have a little bit of his features but she has the last name same as him. Could she be his far away relation?

Chris carry her up "so where's your mama and papa sweetie?" Merlin shook her head "I dunno" she pouts. Chris chuckled by the way she pouts, just like how Y/n does when she do silly stuffs. Chris sighed again, maybe he and Y/n would have a baby girl if they were together now.

Merlin looked at behind and saw her mama finding her "Merlin where are yo-". "Mama" Merlin pointed and screamed for her mama to hear. Chris turns behind and finally saw her. Chris froze the moment he saw little Merlin's mama, it's none other than his fiance, Y/F/N (Your Full Name). The love of his life, the girl who broke his heart and left him 3 years ago.

Y/n swallow the lump that formed in her throat. She just couldn't believe the moment happening right now in her life. All her fear and heartache came back again. "Y/n" Chris broke the silence, tears welled up in his eyes. "Christopher" Y/n whisper. Shiver jolted through his body when she called his name, just like she used to call him. For the first time in his life, he hears her voice and his full name called by someone.

Realization hits him again, little Merlin Evans is his daughter. His own daughter, his baby and his precious little baby girl.
