"So little Merlin is mine?" Chris tease Y/n while holding sleeping Merlin in his arms, both of them walking down to Y/n's house.
"She has your last name Christopher, what do you think?" Y/n rolled her eyes. Chris chuckles when he saw Y/n sarcasm, she is still his same Y/n. "Alright alright, just asking" Chris smiled at Y/n. For the first time in his life, he smiled truly from his heart. Both of them reached Y/n's home, getting inside. Y/n went inside the kitchen to make coffee for them while Chris tucks Merlin on her bed and kissed her forehead, whispering "I love you princess" Merlin mumbles in her sleep cause Chris to chuckle at his daughter's cuteness, he then went back to the living room.
Chris sat on the couch facing Y/n, he took a deep breathe " so darling, mind telling me why you left me?"Chris ask Y/n with a serious look, he needs to know why she turned him down. Y/n sighed, closing her eyes.

"Mr.(Your Father's Name), can I have a talk with you?" Mr. Evans, Chris father asked Y/n's dad while guiding him side to have a talk. Y/n's dad nods his head. Both of them started the conversation and Mr.Evans was the one begin it first"guess what, I decided to stop this wedding" Chris's dad said, smoking his cigarette while giving a evil smirk cause Y/n's dad shock. "Why Mr.Evans, something wrong? We did anything bad? Y/n's dad asked him with full of worry, he had no idea why his future in law wanted to stop their kids wedding.
Mr. Evans laughed, "yes, you did Mr. (Your Father's Name)" Y/n's dad begin to panic, he just want this wedding to happen so he is willing to fix up the mistakes "tell me Mr.Evans, what should I do to make this wedding happen? Please tell me, I will do anything!" He pleaded Mr.Evans.
"Well you're a poor man and I'm a billionaire so if anyone came to know that my in law is a poor guy, they will gossip about me. If you want your daughter to get married happily, then leave this place and don't ever come back. I can cover it up if Y/n ask about you, think about it Mr. (Your Father's Name) Mr.Evans smirked knowing that Y/n's dad will agree on it somehow for the sake of his daughter's life but he needed to know why does Mr. Evans telling about it now but not when he fixed the wedding.
"okay but why now? you should have told this when we fixed the wedding right? but why are you telling now?" Y/n's dad shoot his questions over this issue, he definitely wants an answer.
Mr. Evans smirked "because I wanted my son to be happy, that's the reason why I agreed for this wedding so you agree?" he gave an evil smirk.
Tears breaking down in his eyes, couldn't have strength to face the situation. Y/n's dad wants her to be happy with his future in law and he would do for his daughter. "okay I agree but please let me see them getting married, after that I will leave this place just like your wish" Y/n's dad pleaded Mr.Evans to grant his wish.
Mr. Evans nod his head "alright! make sure leave" he pass through Y/n's dad and went out. Y/n's dad was still crying over what's happening till he didn't realize that Y/n saw him and overheard the conversation. Y/n gasped in surprise when she saw her father in law's demand over this wedding, anger built up inside her. Tears welled up in her eyes when she saw her father's sacrifice just to make this wedding happen. Y/n would be fine if she lose Chris, not her beloved father so she decided to end it but that doesn't mean Y/n didn't love Chris, she will always love him. ______________________________________
Chris gritted his teeth in anger when he realised how bad his father treated Y/n's dad, guilt and anger fill his thoughts. He just want to apologise to Y/n and her dad for his father's mistake, "Y/n where's your dad?" Chris ask her with a wish to see that gentleman and apologise to him for all the mistake.
Y/n smiled sadly "he is no longer here Chris, he passed away". Chris was shocked when he heard that, he couldn't believe that gentleman isn't here anymore. He went and pulled Y/n into a hug when she begun to cry, "shh it's okay doll" he kissed her forehead, holding her tightly in his arms.Both of them pulled away and stare each other, gaze at each other lovingly. Chris leaned in meeting Y/n lips, both made love that night.
The pair decided to work out things and definitely Y/n felt guilty for leaving him but Chris assured her that she had a valid season why she left him, he also forgave her. All Chris wanted was a happy life with his girl, finally having it. He was happy with his little family plus having another bundle of joy arriving soon, he got the life he wanted.
Both got married when Y/n was 2 months pregnant and had another two kids. A happy big Evans family.
