I walk into the 1-B classroom. I didn't make it to 1-A which gave more reasons for my family to hate me.

I never ate much. I had scars all over my body. My grades were failing. The world seemed hateful. The world seemed colorless.

Kendo walked up to me, she tried everyday. Tried to get me to say something, but she couldn't spark something.

I walked past her and to my desk. I lay my head on the desk and accidentally fell asleep.
The teacher woke me up when class ended for lunch. I thanked him and apologized for falling asleep.

When I got to lunch I instantly went outside and sat by the gate. I always did this.
"Hey dude! Just do it!" I heard a voice behind me whisper yell.

Then, someone sat next to me. I didn't pay attention to them and just played with my food. I wasn't gonna eat it. Mama and papa would get mad if I did.

"Shiozaki Y/n, right?" The cheerful voice asked. I nodded but didn't look up.
"I'm Denki Kaminari!" The cheerful person continues. I knew exactly who he was. He flirted with my sister at the Sports Festival. Ibara Shiozaki. A Goddess. Someone who can't stand being next to her younger sister, me.

I sighed, but didn't look at him.
"C'mon cheer up! I wanna see a smile on your pretty face!"
Then, it was like the world lit up. My heart skipped a beat as I turned to look at him.

I blushed and he laughed. He enjoyed being around me? Or was he just teasing me?

I turned back to face down, but he put his finger on my chin and led my face to meet his.
"Hello," he said with a smile.
"C'mon talk to me!" He whines. I laugh. Once I realize I laughed I stopped and covered my mouth.

Denki smiled,
"You laugh is beautiful, I hope I get you to laugh more," he said before he stood up and left.
A smile played on my lips.

He made me smile. He gave me a reason to live.

The past days, Denki talked to me. I would talk back. It felt amazing. I could actually smile with him! I could talk to him! He was like the light in my life. The colors I've been blind to see! It was amazing feeling like this.

But then, I get home.

And he's gone.

And I have my parents.

As soon as I walked in Ibara ran to her room. She didn't like this.
And neither did I.

I walked up to Denki once I got to school. He would walk me to class. He was nice like that.

He made a few jokes on the way.
"You're too nice, Denki," I say with a smile. He smiles back before pulling me into a hug. The hug felt good but all good things have to end soon.

I walked into my class and when Kendo said hi, I replied making her smile.
