Your alarm goes off at two AM on the dot. You and Ethon pull the covers off the bed, run downstairs, and grab extra snacks. You both run to the loo after putting everything in the car. You get into the car to go to the Seattle Tacoma Airport.
You check the road conditions for any delays. Interstate 5 is still open. You're on the road in less than fifteen minutes, even though Ethon is still half awake. You doze off while Ethon tries to drive like a normal person.
When Ethon finds a parking spot, he wakes you up and exclaims, "we gotta hurry!"
You wake up after the short nap. You grab your suitcase while eating an apple. Ethon fast walks inside the building while finishing his banana. You both find a trash can to throw away the banana peel and apple core. Yours and Ethon's luggage are checked, you are both patted down, and you are clear. You rush to the escalator to make it to your gate in time before you board the plane. You both use the loo again before you get on the plane.
Everyone else arrives. Beaudry and his family arrive first, then Malyssa and her family show up shortly after. Brad and Quinton come by just before everyone gets to pre-board. Malyssa goes over simple rules on the plane with Braylee and Tessa, and Beaudry talks to Quinton before you all decide to board.
You and Ethon let everyone know it's time to board. You all board the plane, put your bags up over your seats, sit down, and buckle up. You talk to Ethon again before the safety video comes up.
Ethon offers you a granola bar. You accept the offer. You chow down on the granola bar, put the wrapper in your pocket, and try to sleep during the twelve-hour flight.
You hear Tessa crying a few times, but Malyssa manages to calm her down. Braylee sleeps like a baby for the rest of the flight. You end up napping for a while until you need to use the lavatory. After you finish peeing, you head back to your seat, roll your eyes to the back of your head, and end up falling asleep for the rest of the flight until you reach Glasgow.
