I can't cry out of happiness when I am overwhelmed by emotions
I can't give you a hug and tell you all how much you mean to me
I can't express it in a million words, the feelings I hold for you
I had stopped believing in friendship and love
I had the most negative view of this human race, of this whole world
I had too many people breaking my heart
"Open up to us we won't hurt you, promise" they said ha how funny those words sound to me now
But you, all of you, we never made such false promises and yet I have opened up so much and I am glad I did, you showed me love i never thought I could deserve
I can't express the depth of gratitude and adornment I have for you
If I could i would decorate the stars on your path
But I know you look up and find your way, so I'll let the stars adorn the skies, so you can fulfill your dreams everyday
