"So you do like him," Jongin mutters before looking at Baekhyun, still anticipating his response.

Baekhyun leans on his chair and purses his lips, nodding slightly and absentmindedly, eyes not meeting Jongin's.

"You told me it was only like looking up to a parent.."

"Yeah, I know. I'm sorry.. I am confused, too. Maybe I'm just used to having him all for myself, then he suddenly already had you, and it's not the same. Maybe it's just the sudden change.. Maybe it's just that I miss Chanyeol so I was trying to get over it with Kyungsoo.. Maybe.. I'm just.. afraid.. to lose people.."

"Or maybe you just really like Kyungsoo.."

"Mm-hmm.." Baekhyun agrees, leaning his head on Jongin's shoulder. "I'm sorry.. I'm not trying to take him from you.. It wasn't even my will to feel like this.."

Baekhyun closes his eyes but then he remembers about what Jongin said he needs to inform Baekhyun about.

"Hyung..?" Jongin asks as he watches Baekhyun pull apart from where he was resting his head on Jongin's shoulder.

"What was that thing you were going to tell me?" Baekhyun asks as he wipes his eyes like he's sleepy.

Jongin straightens up and breathes deeply. "Remember when I.. when I went out alone?"

"Yeah?"

"It was because I.. I-I have a girlfriend, hyung.." Jongin mutters and looks down. "We met up that time.."

"What?" Baekhyun asks blankly, before he frowns in confusion. "Girlfriend?! What? What?! Does Kyungsoo know about this?!"

"Y-Yeah, he does," Jongin says audibly and chews his lips in nervousness, blinking his gaze down quickly. "B-But she.. s-said to meet up tomorrow again.. I don't know how to tell Master.."

"Why? Would he get angry? But he didn't the last time, right?" Baekhyun inquires in confusion.

"B-Baekhyun hyung.." Jongin starts. "She wants me to.. t-to go with her.. I would have to run away from Master.."

"Does Kyungsoo know about that?"

Jongin shakes his head slowly as a 'no', keeping his eyes cast down. "I promised Master I'd never leave him. But what about her, hyung?"

"I-I'm not sure about letting you go with her.. Kyungsoo might.. You know what happens when he's angry, right? He almost clawed your head off before.."

Jongin bites on his lips and nods. "B-But maybe I can go talk to her and.. t-tell her the truth.."

"Truth about what?"

"About someone else already owning me.."

"Hm?"

"Kyungsoo.. Master owns me.. and what he wants me to do always comes first, hyung.."

Baekhyun doesn't even know what to feel.

"I know who's doing this," Jongin murmurs quietly.

"You do?" Jongin nods. "Who?"

"If I tell you, everyone knows," Jongin says. "It's better to keep it to myself."

Baekhyun leans more into Jongin and places his hands on Jongin's knees. "Is it a union member?"
