Mess Fest

My friend invited me to Mess Fest at her church tonight
I feel dead but also alive
And it definitely lived up to its name

I just got home a little bit ago, took my hair out of its ponytail, blow dried and brushed it and it looks like a fucking lions mane, I swear- or giant hair from the 80s-

I played volleyball and steal the bacon on a tarp with a bunch of mud

That was an experience

My skin actually feels really soft

There was also a water slide down the hill. That was fun. I have bruises all over my legs but I thought y'all wouldn't want to see that, that's weird and it hurts but it was worth it

And I made a new friend! Got his number, learned about a really creepy and cool young adult book series called 'Unwind' cuz of him

If you look it up, be warned it is pretty disturbing

For some reason, when I was reading the summary on its wiki page, I was just so immersed and it was so weird and gross but I liked it?????
