Quirk: (ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES ARE ALREADY IN HERE-) Vocalization - Sakura can increase her speed or strength depending on the pitch of her voice. If she goes low, she gets stronger- but slower. If she makes her voice higher, she becomes faster- but she isn't as strong. If she manages to keep her voice perfectly in the middle, she can have a good balance of both strength and speed. However, if she can't use her voice- she's pretty much rendered useless. (VoiceHydrangea came up with this for me a while ago so thank you and I hope you don't mind me using it cuz I'm crediting youuuu uwu)

How Quirk Was Discovered: When she was 5, Sakura was singing very high and being a hyper child, she was running around as she did but she was faster than usual. After talking to her dad about it, they started testing it out and they realized that a higher pitch made Sakura faster while a lower pitch made her stronger but balance was the key
