My confused angel: A Castiel love story

What a day...

We’re all in the safety room (except Ruby of course) and supposedly a psychic is coming over. I can’t stop thinking of how cruel Castiel was. Killing an innocent girl? That’s…just horrible. I shouldn’t have become friends with a man/angel like that. It’s not Anna’s fault that she can hear the angels! Hopefully I can punch a demon soon, preferably Ruby, or an angel, preferably Uriel.  I hear a knock at the door and follow behind Bobby, Sam and Dean. When Bobby opens the door, I see a beautiful woman with brown hair.

‘’Bobby!’’ she says.

‘’Pamela.’’ Bobby says.

So her name is Pamela. I think I have a problem with zoning out cause I didn’t realize I did until Pamela faced me.

‘’Ah and Ella Winchester. You also have some surprises ahead.’’ She says and walks to the safety room. Wait…more surprises? Noo!! I follow her into the safety room.

‘’What do you mean?’’ I whisper to her.

‘’I’m sorry, I’m not allowed to say more.” She says.

Damn it!

I hate surprises, because being a Winchester means that there always bad. I need some time to think to myself.

‘’Hey guys, I’ll be outside.’’ I say.

‘’Stay safe.’’ Sam says.

‘’I will.’’ I say and go outside. I feel the need to talk to Castiel, so I decide to drive a few miles away from Bobby’s. I see a park and decide to park there. I didn’t really know how to call for him and it seems kinda awkward but…

Castiel, if you can hear me, it’s Ella and I want to talk to you. Immediately I hear that so familiar whoosh sound.

‘’You wanted to see me.’’ Castiel said in an unfamiliar cold voice, like a robot. I turn around.

‘’Yeah I did. Why are trying to kill Anna?’’ I ask.

‘’It is my orders.’’ He says.

‘’What it is, is wrong. She’s just an innocent girl.’’ I say.

‘’She’s far from innocent.’’ He says in an angry voice. I flinch at his tone and he notices.

‘’I am sorry, but I follow orders.’’ He says.

‘’Please Cas, don’t do this.’’ I beg. He turns and looks at me and his eyes turn soft.

‘’For you, I wish I didn’t have too, but I must and for that I am sorry.’’ He says. I notice that he’s gonna poof away and grab his arm. He turns and looks at me confused. I’m so sad that he has to do this. I just gave him a hug. At first he did noting, and I felt awkward so as soon as I started pulling away, he tightened his arms around my waist. And not remembering  he was supposed to be a cruel angel, I spoke.

‘’No matter what happens Cas, you’ll always be my friend.’’ I say. He looks at me confused again.

‘’Don’t you mean best friends, or am I incorrect?’’ he says. I smile.

‘’Yeah, best friends.’’ I say and we pull away from each other. I look up and get lost in his blue eyes.

‘’You fascinate Me.’’ he says. I fascinate him?

‘’How?’’ I ask.

‘’You are not like other humans.’’ He says.

‘’Is that bad?’’ I say.

‘’No, it is good. Also you are quite beautiful.’’ He says.

‘’Thanks I guess.’’ I say.

‘’You do not need to thank me, I was merely stating a fact.’’ He says

I couldn’t help but blush and Castiel noticed. He moved his face so that we were an inch apart and I blushed even harder.

‘’Ella, are you sick?’’ he asks. I don’t even know if I can speak right now.

‘’Uh, yeah, I-I’m fine.’’ I stutter.

‘’Are you sure? You are very red.’’ He says.

‘’O-Oh that’s called…blushing.’’ I state.

‘’Blushing? Are you embarrassed?’’ he asks.

‘’No, it’s just that, you’re really close.’’ I say.

‘’It embarrasses you when I’m close?’’ he asks, curious.

‘’No, no. it’s just that people are only that close when they’re about to…kiss.’’ I say.

‘’Kiss?’’ he asks.

‘’You know…when two people like each other, they kiss.’’ I say. He seems to think about it.

‘’I like you.’’ He says and before I can say anything, he moves closer and our lips touch. As soon as his lips touch mine I feel sparks. I thought those movies were just being cheesy but I actually felt sparks, like electricity going through my body. I didn’t know what to do except kiss him back. He seemed not to know what to do, but he quickly caught on. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms around my arms. I was surprised when he managed to pull us closer. Being with him like this felt…right. I could stay like this forever but we were interrupted when someone cleared their throat behind us. We pull apart and look to see a man. I was confused because I’ve never seen him before but by the look on Cas’ face, he knew him.

‘’Gabriel…’’ Cas says.

‘’Hey Cassie.’’ Gabriel says.

Wait… Gabriel? Didn’t Alistair say I was someone named Gabriel’s burden?

‘’What are you doing here?’’ Cas asks.

‘’Well, I decided to check on Ella here and when I saw you guys making out, I gagged.’’ Gabriel says.

‘’Excuse me, uh, Gabriel? Who are you and why did you check up on me?’’ I ask.

‘’I am an archangel and because, you can say, I am your guardian angel.’’ Gabriel says.

‘’Why does an archangel have to check up on me’’ I ask.

‘’Cause Kiddo, your very special.’’ He says.

I hate being called special!

This has been one long day.

‘’Well, ha-ha I’m going to go now, uh…’’ I say, kinda freaked out.

‘’Seems like you don’t want to talk right now, that’s okay sugar plumb, I’ll see you another time.’’ Gabriel says and poofs away. I’m left with Castiel.

‘’Hey Cas, on more thing.’’ I say.

‘’What is it?’’ he asks.

‘’I know you have orders but try and give us some time.’’ I say. He just nods and poofs away.

I can’t believe I kissed an angel…
