Kelsey's POV

"I'm sorry ambassador but the vibranium trade system has worked perfectly for years. Excuse my bluntness, but why change a system that isn't broken?" Shuri asks quizzically leaning forward staring down the Russian ambassador, but he doesn't pull away from her glare.

He's about to speak up, but the UN president beats him to it. "The queen has a point the vibranium trade has been the most profitable, so there's no reason to change it and create any unnecessary tension.'' Shuri straightens shooting the poor man a triumphant smirk, but as soon as he looks away she slouches and pulls at the corset on her back.

"Kelsey if I'm really your best friend you'll take my place as queen, only for a day." She pleads quietly, and honestly I wish I could. I know becoming queen at eighteen took it's toll on my usually exuberant and full of life friend. "I could not I'd never be as great as you." I argue and she slumps in her seat letting her eyes rest for a second.

"Your highness?"

"Yes ambassador?" Shuri asks sitting taller than necessary her eyes snapping open like nothing just happened.

"Shuri dear that's the Prime Minister." Pepper whispers while giving her a soft encouraging smile. Shuri turns around her eyes wide, her cheeks red, and she refuses to look anyone in the eye.

This is going to be a long day...

Kelsey's POV

"Kelsey!" I almost trip as a tiny body collides with my legs, and I look down to see Morgan Stark smiling up at me. "If it isn't my favorite little girl in the whole wide world!" I cheer scooping her up, and she tilts her head furrowing her eyebrow.

She's been spending to much time with Tony...

"I'm not little I'm five," and she holds up her tiny hand putting right in my face to prove her point. "You'll always be our little girl." Pepper adds taking her from my arms, and Morgan brightens seeing her mom.

Tony steps out smiling broadly, and he sets an arm around my shoulders stopping us before we can go in. "Squirt I don't think Kels can play tonight." Tony states firmly staring straight into my eyes.

"What why?" We both ask at the same time.

He pauses looking behind me to Pepper and Morgan, and the two adults must have had a telepathic conversation because she nods and walks into the cabin. "Tony what..."

"These eyes," he stops placing his one hand on my cheek and his other points at my eyes. "Are the eyes of someone who didn't get any sleep because they saw a nightmare." I try to turn away but he turns my head back his brown eyes that Peter used to have staring me down.

"Tony I'm fine..."

"No you're not, and I know because my eyes used to look like yours. So we're going to go upstairs, you're going straight to your room, and you're going to sleep." Before I could say anything he dragged me up the cabin stairs and threw me in the guest room, my room, and locked the door forcing me to lie down.

I growl plopping down on the bed deciding that I am tired, but only because I've had a long day, and I don't have anything else to do. So I close my eyes instantly drifting off.

Kelsey's POV

I sit up panting and sweating looking around to see I'm at the cabin. Glancing outside I see the sun is no longer poking over the horizon and it's clearly the middle of the night.
