Chapter 17

"What?" I shouted.

Shawn started laughing.

"HaHaHaHa your face! I'm joking, it was just a casual hook up."

"What is going on in here?" Davina asked, walking into the living room with Maverick and Sandy.

"Shawn said you two were engaged once upon a time," I said.

"Shawn you dick head! What the hell you do that for? I said to play nice!"

He was still laughing.

There was another knock at the door I got up and opened it.

"Hey, Kaleb. What are you doing here?"

"Na.....Davina said that if I had nothing to do then I could come to the party. So here I am crashing it."

I chuckled.

"I don't think Davina would like that."

"Oh, wells!" He said as he entered her house.

I left the door open because a taxi drove up as Kaleb entered the house."

I greeted the two people who got out of the taxi and Davina took their coat along with Kaleb.

Once everyone started arriving one by one Davina turned on some music and got a few things out of the fridge and placed them on the table.

I made sure to mingle and to be well behaved and to ask if they needed anything to drink. I know Davina never asked me to do that but I wanted to help her out so that she could enjoy the party.

I also made sure to stay away from Maverick and Shawn so that Davina didn't have to yell at us.

I went to grab something to eat from the table and I was finally able to talk to Declan.

"Yo sorry for not talking to you sooner Bro."

"Its no problem, it seems Miss Jordan is using you to greet people."

"Nuh huh I've done it all on my own, Davina said nothing about me doing the greeting. She has done some too."

"As I suspected pussy whip!" Then he made a sound for it.

"Yeah yeah, we know!"

He chuckled.

"You look nice by the way. Very Sexy!" He said.

"Want a kiss?" I asked smirking.

"No! I was just saying that's all! I'm guessing you got all dressed up for Miss Jordan."

"I got all dressed up for you too so that you kiss me!" I said.

I was joking to bug him.

"You even try it and I'm telling Miss Jordan that you are using her as a crutch!"

I laughed.

"Doubt she'll believe you Honey bunny."

"By the way, who is that Babe with the asshole Maverick?"

"Sandy, a friend of Davina's."

"What the hell does she see in him?"

"No idea! By the way, you know that game that comes out a few days after New Years?"

"Yeah."

"We don't have to wait until it comes out to play it."
