"Are you okay?" Masato asked.

"Yes, I'm terribly sorry for my behavior earlier." I kneeled down in apology.

"Don't apologize. Honestly, I was a bit glad that you care about us, but next time, don't put yourself into danger." Masato lightly lectured me.

"Jun, always keep an eye on her, even if it means that you have to sleep in her room." Masato commanded with a strong voice.

"As you wish." Jun replied.

So, we went back to the house...

"Jun, sorry for the trouble I gave you." I apologized.

"It's fine, just get some rest..." Jun tiredly sighed.

Maybe I really am troublesome.

"Why did Aika tell you? I told her to be quiet!" I said, feeling betrayed.

"We were worried, so we forced Aika to speak. Don't blame her, she's just a little girl." Jun sighed the second time.

"I shouldn't have saved her if she was just going to betray me, I should've let those sorcerers end her!" I said. After those words left my mouth, Jun gripped onto my wrist tightly.

His eyes were full of anger and disappointment. He looked terrifying. I never knew he had that side to him.

"Watch your words, princess. Those aren't nice things to say," He growled, his tight grip leaving bruises on my skin.

"W-what are you doing?! I was just voicing out my thoughts!" I said, but still keeping a calm voice.

How dare he? I'm the princess!

"She had the courage to tell us! She knew you were in danger! She cared about you!" Jun shouted.

After 1 o'clock in the morning, I went outside, and then went to the human world.

"Sorcerers... I know you're here!" I called out.

"Little human girl... wanna be our food?" A man asked, then turned his hand into a whip.

So making weapons is his power, huh?

"Reflecting shield!" I attacked back.

"I'll kill you all! I won't leave a single one alive!" I raised my voice.

I'll finish you off! Sorcerers can't exist!

"Doom of Justice!" I did my final blow.

"Aaah!" The man shouted, then disappeared.

I get it! Whenever they're badly hurt, they teleport to their realm! That's quite cowardly of them to do.

"Sorcerers are the worst!" I mumbled to myself.

The real truth is that... a long time ago, a few sorcerers have worked together to seal my powers, that's why I wasn't that strong. But now I got it back, so it's all okay. Even though, I still can't forgive one thing they did— they took my aunt, my uncle, and everyone associated to me awag, excluding only a few... that was the reason why I was alone. They took away the people who were close to me. After that incident, I was called a 'monster', which causes me to be like this... cold, expressionless, and lonely.

"Princess! Where are you?" Jun asked.

"Hey, what's the rush?" Another sorcerer inquired with a wide smile.

"Leave! This isn't your world!" I said, glaring at him.

"Oh yeah? Tornado!" The guy attacked.

"Trapped eye!" I attacked. With this, he can't escape!

"Fire crow!" I attacked.

"Aaah!" The guy shouted.

"Why can't I teleport? What did you do to me?!" The man asked, enraged.

"Relax, I just trapped you here... I just need to finish you!" I replied with a shrug.

"Bone-breaking hammer!" I drew out the hammer.

"Stooop!" The guy shouted, as he covered his face.

"Ayase!" Jun yelled.

"Hammer, activate!" I was close to attacking the sorcerer, but then Jun held me back again.

"Princess Ayase, please stop!" Jun begged me.

"Fine, I'll let you go... for now, that is." I said, then set him free.

"Ayase! What happened to you?! You're usually behaved!" Jun scolded.

"Today is the day." I said.

"What?" Jun asked.

"Today... rather this month, day, and time was when everything started. My aunt was taken away, then my uncle, then everyone whom I opened up to. Only a few of my beloved ones were safe from those sorcerers... I'll avenge them, I'll destroy those sorcerers. I was called a 'monster' after that incident, which caused me to become like this... It's their fault!" I shouted, and felt warm, salty tears roll down my cheeks.

"Princess... don't worry, everything will be fine." Jun assured me.

"No, it won't be! Not until each and every one of their kind has been erased." I raised my voice.

"Jun, help me." I sobbed as he huuged me.

"Let's go home for now." Jun said.

"Don't tell anyone about this, don't betray me!" I shouted.

"Of course." Jun patted my head.

After that we went home and got some much needed rest.
