Chapter 12

Two days after talking to Todoroki, Izuku stood in the basement of the villain base in front of All For One. His arms were folded behind his back. As he approached the older male. "Sir. May I ask you something?"

"What is it, my child?" All For One replied

" What exactly happens when you give someone multiple quirks? Is that what the nomu are?"

"That's exactly right. The nomu are human test subjects that are produced to hold multiple quirks. Fortunately, the nomu become mindless powerful beings that are easier for us to control.

Izuku smiled as he looked into the many tanks that were filled with developing nomu. "Do you think I can borrow them tonight sir?"

"What do you have planned?" All For One asked out of pure curiosity.

"Well, I thought it would be funny if we messed with the heroes a bit! Just stir up a bit of trouble~ Maybe put a little tension between the heroes and Citizens~"

"Or maybe he's plotting against one of us." Izuku's eyes widened as he slowly turned and saw Kurogiri standing behind them. He couldn't say that he was surprised about Kurogiri betraying him. He knew something was off about him.

"Plotting against one of you? I'd have no reason to do so. Besides, It's because of you all that I've found a new purpose in life."

"So, you're not planning on doing anything to Tomura then?" Kurogiri asked in an accusatory tone.

Izuku puts a hand to his chest in offence.

"Of course not Girigiri! What are you talking about? Tomu is like an older brother to me! If it weren't for him I wouldn't be here now! I would have either
A: Slit my throat.
B: Hung myself
C: Overdosed on pills
or D: Jumped off the school roof like I was told to do.
I may have the heart of a killer, but Tomura just isn't someone that I could or would want to kill."

"Sir, can you not see that this boy lies? He wants to get rid of Tomura for his own personal gain."

"Oh really? Just what would I gain from killing Tomura? I mean I could probably get rid of All Might faster than he ever could, but again I will say this because apparently, no one has been listening to me for who knows how many times I've said it in the past four years... I. Don't. Give. A. FUCK. About. All Might. My goal is my childhood best friend and Tomura has nothing to do with him! I like to play with my food before eating it. I like to play with Kacchan before getting rid of him just like I did his classmate!" Izuku took a deep breath to calm himself before he went into a rage. "Let's not forget that you have no proof to verify your claims against me. Another thing to not forget is that I'm quirkless and basically powerless against him."

"You've managed to turn the league against him!"

"I've done no such thing Kurogiri. Why would anyone want to listen to a Quirkless boy? I'm like... the least threatening of the entire team! Although, leading a whole gang does sound kind of fun, but also very troubling. I'd rather take care of myself. Plus if I had actually somehow managed to do that, I don't think all of them would be calmly sitting upstairs, talking to him now."

"You're insane Midoriya. Just admit that you want to take over the league."

"You're calling me insane? Have you seen where you are at this stage in your life? Maybe I am Insane~! Maybe I'm a sociopath. Well... Yeah, I am a sociopath. No doubt about that one, But despite whoever or whatever I am, I still have morals and limits. I would never hurt Tomura and neither would I want to take over his position. If it ever came down to it I'd rather live in an apartment somewhere and just take care of myself and exact my revenge that way, but guess what? I'm here. I have a family here and I love everyone here I even loved you! I use to see you as a parental figure!" Izuku gave Kurogiri a look that told him that he could keep this up all day which made Kurogiri visibly upset.
