Chapter 17

Screams of pain and agony echo throughout the basement corridors. Izuku squirmed on the hospital bed from the pain as All For One's DNA crossed with his. He tried to curl in on himself but the restraints prevented him from doing so, instead, he gripped the bedsheets to try and keep himself grounded. He tossed his head from side to side as tears had built up at the corner of his eyes. He eventually calmed down enough to where he let out deep breaths as he tried to calm his breathing only for the pain to start up again. This cycle had carried on for three days. He hadn't had a moment's rest, He hadn't been fed, he hadn't seen a bit of light in three days. The only thing he had gotten was a world of pain. The moment the pain in his body had subsided he had passed out. His face was tear-stained and his skin was pale.

"Is it done?" All For One asked the doctor.

"Yes sir, it's finally over. His body reacted just as I thought it would. Needless to say, he'll definitely be able to use your quirk with no problem. In the meantime, what shall we do with him?" Dr. Tsubasa asked.

"Unstrap him from the bed, but leave him down here and let him rest."

Katsuki Bakugo

Katsuki was standing in his room fuming. He lost Deku once again and he was pissed. "He was right there!!! Fucking shit! He was right in front of me and I still lost him!!!" He was interrupted by his rage when he heard a knock at his bedroom door.

"WHAT?!?! I'M BUSY!!!" He shouted.

"Bro it's us!!"

"Huh...?" Katsuki walked over to his bedroom door and opened to see Kirishima, and Sero. "The hell are you two doing in my house?!"

"You up for a rescue mission?"

"A what..?"

"A rescue mission!"

"Yeah, Iida's missing, Deku's missing, Todoroki is missing, and even Ochako's missing! It's like we're all slowly getting picked off man!" Sero said.

"Did you not hear the teacher who said not to do anything stupid? Besides I could do that shit myself if I really wanted too! You two would just get in my way or even killed!"

Kirishima clenched his fists and stared at the ground. "Maybe...But we can't stand the idea that all we can do is just sit around and wait for the heroes to take care of it! This is taking way too long! I mean just think about it... One of us could be next. Our classmates and maybe even Deku could still be alive and there's a chance to save them! The heroes are going through a ton of crap from other adults because of this so they're gonna have their hands tied with that."

"Listen, man, I don't know your relationship with Deku but-"

"Who gave you permission to use that name?"

"Well, you never told us his real name bakugo..." Sero admitted.

"Izuku. Only I can call him Deku since I came up with that name!"

"He sounds kind of possessive..."  Kirishima and Sero thought to themselves.

"Anyway, I don't know what your relationship with Izuku is but don't you think this would be a good way to start over with him? Maybe talk with him and find out what's going on with him? Like... Maybe find out why he ran away?" Sero suggested.
