Your P.O.V.
Mosa looks weak today you think to yourself.
Usually, my wolf is such as strong girl. People have often been afraid of her, but they commonly ask why I named her Mosa. Mosa is short for 'hermosa' which in Spanish means 'beautiful'. My god, is she oh-so beautiful. Her white fur is the fluffiest of them all and sparkles a light gold in sunlight. I can feel her warm heartbeat when you run your hand over her coat and how she cuddles near me when she is comfortable. It's adorable.
Mosa is the only one I have. No other humans have associated with me because I'm an introvert. Some friends have come to visit and hang out but usually perish due to survival games and stronger mobs. Lack of communication with upper race has concealed me. I don't really have anyone. No boy to comfort me when I'm scared or a girl to talk to me when I'm upset. No one except Mosa. Which is why her survival means the world to me.
The look I give my pet is pitiful. Her bones are much more noticeable then yesterday. Her paws fold over when I hold her close. Mosa's blue eyes hold a look of struggle and depression. The only thing that hasn't shrunk is her belly. As she walks, I notice how it droops a small distance away from the floor. I can't stand to see her like this, it truly breaks my heart.
I throw down my baked potato, get up from my chair and motion raw chicken towards her.
"C'mon Mo. You need to eat." I plead.
She whimpers slightly and takes the smallest of bites of the flesh. She chews slowly and keeps her gaze on me. Knowing I'm expecting her to swallow, she does and I notice the relief on her face. There you go, I mouth as I check my backpack(inventory).
I only have a few carrots, two raw chicken, and a porkchop. My food supply is low. The sun is almost down so I need to make this hunt quick. Although no mobs threaten me, I don't want to leave my puppy home alone for too long. I am positive Mosa will do what's best for herself and myself. That's just how she thinks.
I grab a gray hoodie and pull it over my purple shirt. Black boots are slipped onto my feet and my blue skinny jeans are tucked inside the boot. My iron sword broke so before I open my door, I sling my bow onto my back. I'm not as good with archery, but it will do. Mosa limps over to me carrying at least 10 arrows in her mouth. I smile and thank her with a kiss on the forehead while taking the arrows.
I wander into the nearby oak and birch forest. A few minutes have passed and night is awake. My eyes land on 2 cows and a pig. I tiptoe quietly to hide behind a tree. The cows move slightly away when they hear a leaf crunch under my foot. A scraping noise fills my ear as I draw an arrow from my pouch. I pull it back and release my grip. I hear two moos and I got a two for one cow shot. Now for this pig, it won't stay still. My first two shots miss. In the third, I draw back the arrow on the string, take a deep breath, and release the sharp object. It flies towards the pig's eye, but before I hear the dying oink, another arrow hits it in the neck which makes my arrow hit the grass behind it.
My eyebrows lower in confusion. As I heard footsteps coming closer to me, I aim my bow towards the sound. A diamond axe is slicing through the trees and outcomes a boy. I shoot my arrow in a reflex. He runs towards the raw porch shops and collects it, leaving the raw beef. A glance comes my way and he smiles just before my arrow pins his shirt to the tree behind him. But, a red fills his cheeks. He is blushing over me? No way. You don't even know the guy why would he find an interest in you. His cheeks could be red from surprise.
I just stare into his eyes. Those chocolate brown eyes sparkle and mesmerize me. His hair is messy and wavy in just the right way. He is muscular and I see his red plaid shirt has a tear from where my arrow pinned him. It shows his six pack and it takes everything in my body for me not to touch him and close the space that bounds us away from each other. I try to snap myself out of it. Get it together y/n!
"Almost took a limb off me there" he jokes in a seductive voice running his hand through his soft hair and resting it on his jeans. He struggles to remove the arrow and I just sit there. Laughing in my head about his trouble.
"Let me help you there" I offer.
His hand is removed from the arrow only to be placed on top of mine as we tug on the arrow. His hands just felt warm and right on mine. I pulled and pulled and so did the boy but it was no use until it sprung from the bark, knocking the both of us back.
I am smashed against the tree and the boy is in front in me. My hands are straight down on my sides and his hand is on the tree behind me. He is leaned towards me with his hand supporting him. Our lips are just an inch away from one another. His eyes are staring into my e/c eyes, straight to my soul. How I fantasize what we could do together. I did not just think that.
We are both panting and I swear he leans closer to me. I am frozen. He likes me? No, of course not, I'm not special at all. I don't lean in because I don't wanna seem desperate as I feel his breath on my mouth. Rain soaks the both of us. The water pulls down my hoodie and soaks my long h/c hair.
"We should get somewhere safe." He shouts over the thunder.
"My home is a very long distance from here." I reply.
"Don't worry, you can crash at my place" the boy says.
"Ok, wait I need my wolf"
"Why? Can it live on it's own?"
"SHE can. I just need to know she's safe.
"K, which direction do you live in?"
I point north-east. He nods and runs off in that direction. I snuggle under a tree and a sword hits my leg. I scream in pain. A zombie in full golden armor has struck me. I constantly shoot arrows at it until it dies. I continue to agonize my pain and remove the arrow to throw it aside.A few minutes later he returns with Mosa. I smile as I kiss my puppy. She looks extremely better than earlier today. Her bones aren't as noticeable, but her stomach is still low.
The brown haired boy motions his head over to his home and I stand up but instantly fall back towards the ground and shriek. He notices and a tear swells in his eye. It isn't possible he is crying over me. He lifts me up bridal style and runs me towards his home in the thunder and lighting storm. Mosa is running full speed next to us.
After a while, I notice a small cobblestone cabin. I can't speak due to the sky's water seeping into my wound. The boy runs me inside and sits me in front of a warm fire place. I smile while my body heats up. The boy grabs a blanket and throws it over me. The blanket is given to him by a taller boy who has a lot of hair. He is very strange and smiles at my presence. I smile back as to not be rude. The boy with brown eyes gets a separate blanket for Mosa. She lays down and falls asleep.
I close my eyes for a few seconds and notice the boy is shivering. I feel so bad for him so I nudge him over to me and wrap the blanket on me around his body as we cuddle closer to contain warmth. We both turn our heads and look at each other just staring. There is something familiar about this boy. Then it hits me. Someone I thought I would never see again. Someone I thought was killed in survival games. Someone who I once loved.
"Mitch?" I ask. He then smiles. "Hi y/n"
