Chapter 7 - Stubborn And Confused

Saphire woke up, gasping. "Where am I?" she says, sitting up suddenly. "You need to lay down," Sapphira says. "I need to go. My pack needs me!" Saphire says. "No! Your pups need you! So lay down right now!" sapphira says, causing Saphire to frown. "Fine. Where is Sparrow?" Saphire asks. "My beta is fixing her shoulder," Sapphira says. "Wait! What? What happened to her?" Saphire asks, as she stands. She wasn't going to be controlled, no matter what. "She tried to fight me. I won and I told you to lay down!" Sapphira says. "I answer and listen to no one," Saphire growls. "Listen! I tried to be nice. Now you will sit down or I will make you sit down! I am trying to keep you safe! If you won't help yourself, then do it for your pups," Sapphira snaps. "Fine," Saphire says, as she lays back down. "Good. now I am keeping both of you in separate rooms for three days. By then, you both should be healed," Sapphira says. "How will we heal that fast?" Saphire asks. "We have certain remedies over here that you guys don't have," Sapphira answers. "Oh, I see," Saphire says. "I want to be alone, please," she says, sighing. She wanted to be alone to think. "Alright," Sapphira says,walking out to tell her beta everything that just happened.

Three days had come and gone and Sparrow and Saphire were getting ready to leave, to go back into their territory. "You guys don't have to leave," Sapphira says. "I know, but my pack needs me," Saphire says. "Alright. Well I hope that we can see each other again," Sapphira says. Right as Sparrow and Saphire were about to shift and swim to their own side, Saphire caught sight of none other, than Erik. she growled loudly and turns around so quickly, that even Sapphira jumped a little bit. "You!" she growls as Erik cowers. "Alpha Saphire, I didn't know you were visiting us," Erik says, then smiles. "I hear you're pregnant... too bad the rouges didn't finish their jobs and kill you," Erik says, smirking. Saphire growls and grabs Erik by the throat, pinning him to a nearby tree. "I will make sure these pups survive. If you ever send someone after me again, i will send their heads to you, then takes yours," she growls, slamming Erik against the tree. "Understand?!" she asks. "I understand," Erik says,smiling as she let him go and turns to leave. "I'm sorry about that. I will handle him," Sapphira says. "No she won't," Erik says, and lunges for Saphire. Saphire growls and shifts quickly and right when he lands, she bites down hard on his throat, clawing his side. She bites harder on his neck, until she feels bone, then pulls away, not a scratch on her. "I will let your alpha handle you," Saphire says. "Sparrow, we are leaving now," Saphire says and with that, Sparrow and Saphire left, going back to their own territory, leaving a wounded Erik and a new friend behind.
