Chapter 10 - Mother

Sapphira stared at the strange female that was standing by her father. "Who are you?" she said, walking to the female stiffly. "Oh! I'm Jasmine!" she answered, smiling. Sapphira continued to stare. "Ok? So where did you come from?" she urged. "The Blood Moon Pack," Jasmine said happily. Too happily. "Why are you with me father?!" Sapphira demanded, getting angry. The smile on Jasmine's face faded into confusion as she looked at Sapphira. "He never told you?" she asked quietly. "Told me what?!" Sapphira said loudly. Aspen stepped between them, looking at Jasmine. "I don't think we should tell them..." he said quietly. "TELL ME WHAT?!" she was mad. "I'm the alpha and I demand you tell me!" "I'm your mother," Jasmine said. Saphire gasped and looked at Sapphira. "Y-you're my mother?" Sapphira stuttered. She felt like she was going to pass out. She couldn't think straight, and she needed to sit down. "Dad?!" he looked afraid. "You told me my mother was dead!" she yelled at him. She was furious. "Sapphira I..." he didn't know what to say. "You lied to me..."she growled under her breath, looking at him. He stepped towards her. "I'm so sorry..." she backed away from him. "YOU LIED TO ME!! HOW COULD YOU LIE TO YOUR OWN DAUGHTER?!" she screamed at her father. "Sapphira please-" he started to say. "Just leave..." she said quietly. "Sapphira," he urged. She spun around quickly to face him. "I SAID LEAVE!!" she yelled in his face. "Fine," he said, walking away. Jasmine looked after him, then back at Sapphira. Sapphira snarled at her "go," her head high. Jasmine whined and walked away, going to Aspen.

Sapphira looked at Saphire, who had been quiet the whole time. "Saphire? What's wrong?" Saphire was pale and looked scared. "She's your mother...? She told me she was my mother... SHE'S SUCH A LIAR!" she shouts suddenly. "Saphire calm down! That's not good for the pups. And besides that, we'll figure it out ok?" Sapphira says. "DON'T TELL ME TO CALM DOWN GOT IT?!" she yelled in Sapphira's face. Sapphira growled and jumped on Saphire, pinning her to the ground. "WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM SAPHIRE?!" Sapphira growled loudly. "NOTHING! NOW GET OFF OF ME!" she growled. "Not until you calm down!" Sapphira says firmly. "Sapphira get off! I'm an alpha! You follow my orders!!" she said loudly. "Saphire? Do you realize that you just told an alpha to follow your orders?" Sapphira asked calmly. "I don't care! Now do as I said!" she said. "You can't tell me what to do, Saphire! I'm the alpha here and YOU'RE on MY territory," Sapphira snarled. Saphire suddenly scratched Sapphira on the stomach. "SAPHIRE WHAT THE HELL?!" Sapphira snarled in Saphire's face. She grabbed Saphire and dragged her to the river. "Now GET OUT!" she yelled, throwing Saphire into the river. "Stupid Saphire..." she growled to herself, watching her swim across. She then walked back to her pack.
