In layers of satin, she dances and twirls
The envy and idol of millions of girls
The pinnacle of refinement, beauty and grace
With glistening makeup on her delicate faceWhen others approach, she's soft-spoken and polite
Never starting an argument or causing a fight
She curtsies gently, smiling for all to see
The one who each girl wishes to beSecretly she yearns for something more
Being locked up in a castle can be such a bore
She thirsts for adventure, excitement, and romance
She'd trade all her jewels if given half the chanceIn love with a prince who's handsome and brave
If she's ever in danger, he'll be there to save
Their marriage confirms her regal reputation
Soon they will both take over a nationPure and sweet and beloved by all
Catching everyone's eye at any royal ball
Some are jealous of her flawless perfection
And will try to pull her in another directionBut she withstands her purity through the test of time
In ageless beauty, her myth continues to climb
To meet a woman like her in real life is taboo
But every girl needssomeone to look up to
